Construction at 7:30am and testing the fire alarms at the same time. They parked a moving truck inches from my car - that was parked in a handicap spot by the way - and moved stacks of pallets nearly hitting my car. I had to move my car to avoid damage!! There were bugs in the main bathroom and the remote for the main tv didn’t work. Every time we stay here we are disappointed and it just keeps getting worse. Plus there is so much pot smoking by guests that it made me sick. I honestly don’t even feel safe staying at this resort anymore.

Super long wait times for shuttle. Uber cancelled 4x as they cannot find the room but the wait for a shuttle to bring to lobby is too long. Front desk seems totally oblivious and despite booking a trip back to our room we were left waiting 30-45mins for a shuttle/ golf course to transport us back. The property is not walkable with a small baby and very inconvenient. We won’t be back sadly

This property was very misrepresented on Expedia. It was not clear that this is more of people re-renting out timeshares. Things are old, amenities that are advertised are not included. If you don’t own the unit, the waterpark is $25 per day, per person. The pullout beds are very uncomfortable and we had to request bedding. They don’t include housekeeping daily. This definitely didn’t feel as much like a vacation as it should have. Disappointed overall.

once they found out you didn't meet their income standard you didn't get any of the things promised, like free breakfast, free water park passes, free next visit, $150 visa card to use at resort. They wouldn't even give us a tour of the place so we would know what they offered. The golf carts were never available to pick us up 30-40 minutes wait when there were many sitting at the main villa. Every thing shut down at ten pm no exceptions. No housekeeping only for a fee but they didn't even have a vacuum or broom that you could use to do clean yourself.

Bonita area de hotel el cuarto estaba limpio solo les falta remodelacion de muebles no fue exacto al de las fotos que vi en expedia pero si pasan me fuera gustado que fueran mas remodelados los muebles pero todo bien nos atendieron bien y hay mucha variedad para comer y caminar... solo el cuarto de alado tenia un perrito que lo dejaban solo y lloraba mucho pero de ahi en todo la pasamos bien

We were supposed to be in an efficiency room. Room was dirty, mattress smelled like urine and had a 6" dip in the middle. To get to the resort, we had to cross a busy street to walk or else take are car and try to find parking. I suggest Expedia not list these style rooms any longer with this resort.

We asked for new towels the first day of our trip but never got any. But overall amazing experience
