Apartment located a few steps from the Duomo in
one of the most characteristic and quiet streets of Orvieto and with stunning views of the cathedral!
The apartment is located in an ancient building built to house workers for the construction of the Cathedral. It consists in a living area with a comfortable kitchen with everything you need that directly faces the Duomo and a century-old magnolia, and a sleeping area with a double and single bed.
The apartment, thanks to the double facing, is extremely bright and at the approach of sunset you can admire the bright and luminous facade of the Duomo.
“Via dei Dolci" is one of the most photographed by tourists routes, born in Piazza del Duomo and is located in one of the most characteristic and quiet spots of the city.

The apartment was clean and accessible. The host provided clear instruction on how to find and access it upon arrival. The host arranged for someone to meet us and explain the facilities and propose local restaurants and interest. The apartment was listed as a 2 bedroom and this is clearly not the case. It is a 1 bedroom and there is a pull-out couch/bed in the open dining/sitting/kitchen area. This bed has no privacy. This is a significant innaccuracy

Perfect!!!

Home in Orvieto truly was home! The apartment was perfect in every way! The location is amazing! Couldn’t get enough of the Duomo and it is only about a 3 minute walk! Valerie was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the train station and back to the apartment. Orvieto is a wonderful place to relax and we hope to be able to return!

Perfect Location

The apartment was very clean and was in the perfect location. I’ve stayed in Orvieto many times and this location is one of the best places I have stayed. Valerie and her husband are excellent hosts and were always available to help and answer questions!

Nice apartment

Valerie was very responsive to any questions we had. Valerie also gave us easy-to-follow directions to get to the apartment. Valerie provided plenty of towels, clothes detergent, dish soap. The apartment is in a great location. Also, easy to get to the tourist information office which was always open when we needed it.

Superb location

Not only is Orvieto one of our favorite hill towns, but this was our favorite place to stay. Perfect location. Clean, quiet and well equipped. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future.

Cannot find a better location

We fell in love with Orvieto, and staying here is a great part of this. The location cannot be beaten. Quiet, yet so close to the best of Orvieto. Check in was simple, the place cute and clean. Although we didn't need it, there is a pullout in the living room area, to go along with the one bedroom. The bed was comfy and the air on kept up with the considerable heat. If we head back there, it would be hard to not stay there again.

The apartment was amazing, Clean, neat, compact, comfortable and in the most convenient position. It was great having a separate laundry to use. Check-in was a breeze. Only thing we missed was a kettle and oven as we don't always like to dine out. Valerie was always contactable, helpful and available for any queries we had. Thank you.

This apartment was fantastic.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this one was superb. First the location was amazing - incredibly close to the cathedral where the shuttle bus drops its passengers from the top of the funicular which in turn is across the road from the railway station which was where we arrived. Valerie met us off the bus and we walked the incredibly short distance to the beautiful modernised apartment with its view of the cathedral from the living area. The apartment itself was well equipped and comfortable, though we ate out every day - lots of excellent good value restaurants all around. We stayed four nights here and were able to explore Orvieto fully as well as on one day we took the local bus to Bagnoregio - returned exhausted but happy! Valerie was so helpful and replied to my questions immediately. She equipped us with a better map than is provided at the Tourist Office and recommended lots of restaurants. I have nothing but good things to say about this property.
