Our rooms we very small and uncomfortable. One side if the bed was stuck against the window and the two ends were against the walls. One could only use one side to get in and out of the bed. There was no room for storage in the room except two drawers under the bed. We had to hang everything on the hooks on the walls. There was no coffee in the room and one had to pay for the coffee in the lobby. There was an ironing room on the top floor but no iron in the rooms. Despite these few inconveniences, we had a great time. The location of the hotel is prime: 3 min walk to the Oslo central train station. And the staff were very friendly.

Fantastic location. Hallways and elevator got messy. Only provided one bath towel and floor towel, and did not supply a hand towel. My bathroom’s toilet seat wasn’t securely attached. The room was otherwise clean and functional.
