The room was nice and the hotel receptionists are very warm. However, my daughter was in a very unsafe and unsecure situation when one of the hotel male guests went into the women sauna where my daughter was trying to relax & he was hovering around with his hard on. My daughter went out of the sauna & reported the incident to the front desk. It is very disappointing that management has not done any safety measures to protect my daughter. This case has been reported to the police and I will bring this up to the management as a top security & safety concerns.

We were at the hotel twice and both times helped by Oscar. He was the best ever. He arranged for an early check in for our return stay, and when we arrived sleep deprived, he helped by storing our luggage while we retrieve our backpack left on the train and found us a quiet room to sleep. He even had a chocolate treat sent to our room. Lunch and dinner at the hotel were great as well as the staff. The bar tender made one of the best gin gimlets ever. The location next to the train station made it easy for us to walk back and forth, especially at 4 AM.
