1. the apartment was clean and have a very nice view. 2. the location are near the oslo sentral.. easy access to Airport by train or bus station. 3. Self check in.. however the direction was not clear from the host.Have to ask local people to find the house and have to wait for someone to open the door.

Vi ankom, noe vanskelig å finne. Ingen resepsjon, bare tlf kontakt med utleier. satt i bil å ventet på romnøkkel. Utvalget av glasstøy var meget begrenset.I utgangspunktet en fin leilighet. Men hvor var ostehøvel, brødkniv, kaffetrakter, gytekluter? Glass, gryte og bestikk ikke tilgjengelige da vi ankom, da oppvaskmaskin var tidlig i sitt program ved ankomst. Skaper var fulle av tomflasker. Kontakten vi hadde tlf nr på, var rask i sine svar på våre spørsmål (Selv om parkering iflg utleier egentlig skulle vært betalt for, så stod det stod gratis parkering i annonsebeskrivelsen - men dette ordnet seg på en grei måte. Et varsko til utleier: Leiligheten var relativt ny, men om vedlikeholdet av leiligheten fremover ikke ivaretas, så forfaller det fort....

Acceuil terrible et propreté minimale

L'hôte n'habite pas aux alentours de l'appartement donc c'est un employé qui vient vous ouvrir. Il faut appeler avant d'arriver sinon vous allez attendre comme moi plus de 25min devant la porte de l'appartement que quelqu'un vienne finalement vous ouvrir !! De plus, le parking n'est gratuit que si vous le réservez A L'AVANCE !!! C'est ce que l'hote m'a sechement répondu alors que rien n'était indiqué en ce sens dans l'annonce de l'appartement et qu'au contraire c'etait écrit parking gratuit. J'ai donc du payer un parking en plus dans les environs de l'appartement pour 400nok c'est à dire 41 euros qui n'étaient pas prévu dans mon budget !!!! L'hote n'était pas aidant du tout. C'est un business pour lui et rien d'autre. Je déconseille à tout prix !!! De plus, l'appartement etait tout juste propre avec des traces dans la douche, une machine à laver le linge qui était sale et avec une lavette à l'intérieure, de la poussiere sous le lit, la porte du placard de l'entrée cassée, la porte qui ouvrait sur la terrasse avec la poignée qui vous reste dans la main... Voir photos... Franchement, le seul intéret par rapport à des logements en centre ville c'était le parking gratuit... (la vue sur le port est surtout une vue sur les containers).

Für 4 Personen war sie nicht geeignet. Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem(Balken im Rücken).nur 2 Stühle für 4 Personen. Schöne kleine Wohnung, sauber und gute Lage.
