The interiors of the house develops in two floors and cover over 200 square meters, it has been elegantly furnished by the owner, on first floor the entrance leads to a large living area equipped with sofas, dining table on the back and open plan kitchen with all amenities needed, the large open space faces a large sliding windows offering view of the pool area and the entire valley; on this floor is also present the first double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, there is also a second service bathroom.
At the lower floor there are the other three bedrooms all with double beds and each with its own bathroom with shower. Complete the floor the laundry room with wash and dryer.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.

There will be an extra fee to be paid in case of late arrival between 20:00 to 22:00 Euro 50.00 and from 22:00 to 24:00 Euro 80.00, it is not admitted arrival after 24:00.
