A large green lawn frames the estate where the large swimming pool (17 meters x 7) reigns majestically, with a solarium equipped with deck chairs and loungers all around. You can dine and dine in the shade of the patio, also preparing delicious barbecue grills and enjoying the typical flavors at km 0. Five bicycles are available free of charge, on the estate.
The cozy vaults accommodate up to 6 to 8 people on vacation in Valle d`Itria.
A nucleus of concatenated trulli and lamie, renovated and furnished with painstaking care and wise choice of fine furniture and finished details: these are the interiors of Trullo Cocò thick-walled, lime-plastered, with exposed stones and niches.
The living area consists of living room with dining room, TV and fireplace, adjacent to thekitchenette with masonry kitchen and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite shower room, air conditioning, safe, TV and direct exit to the garden and 1 double bedroom with French bed (140 cm) in the trullo, also with air conditioning and en suite shower room.
In the access hallway to the trullo there is also an alcovewith double bed that offers itself as a relaxation area or for 2 additional extra beds. Completing the interior is the fourth full shower room.
Among the accessories, there are also washing machine, mosquito nets, wi-fi internet, video surveillance, decoder.

Trullo Cocò is a beautiful luxury villa with pool for vacation rental in the Valle d`Itria, in the countryside between Ostuni and Carovigno.
The White City, with its beautiful historic center, is just 5 kilometers away; Carovigno is even closer, just 2.5 kilometers away. The sandy beaches of the Adriatic are just 12.5 kilometers away and are easily reached in 15 minutes by car.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 150 per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
