Appartamento top, agenzia zero

L’appartamento è nuovo, molto pulito, arredato con gusto e situato a pochi passi del centro e dalle spiagge. Peccato che l’agenzia Vrbo abbia dimenticato di comunicare la mia prenotazione ai titolari dell’appartamento facendomi rischiare di rimanere senza casa il giorno del mio arrivo e farmi pagare due volte il soggiorno. Fortunatamente il personale è stato gentilissimo e velocissimo nel risolvere la questione.
