Shoreside 4b/4b walkout retreat with perfect sand

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This brand new construction boasts a perfect sand lake frontage just a few steps from the kitchen. With 4 huge bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this modern space is perfect for families or multiple couples looking for a retreat. Each room has it's own bath, multiple charging options, mesh wifi, a smart TV, and super comfortable new beds. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for entertaining and also includes most basic condiments. There are 3 master bedrooms with private full baths. The two upstairs suites have walk in showers and the lower master has a tub/shower. There is also a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed that is next to the community main floor full bath. There are multiple dining options with 3 dining tables, a huge island and a total of 13 seats. The living room area boasts a 55" smart tv and leather seating accommodations. Quiet lake community with mostly seasonal residents. Home is on a quiet dead end gravel road that's great for walks. There are 5 parking spots at this home. Please park between house number and mailbox. We also have a beautiful 24' pontoon, with a 115 hp fuel injected motor for rent. This spacious, luxurious floating paradise also has Sea Legs so you can anchor anywhere it's calm and beautiful (and shallow) and have a solid perch. No navigating into tight boat lifts, just get close to our all aluminum smooth dock! Please reach out to us for more information on this option!

Great Stay!

A group of adult women stayed here for a little golf get-away. Our host was fabulous, both before and during our stay! We needed help getting into the house and VRBO was absolutely NO help in addressing the issue that my reservation was "erased" from their system on the day of check-in. Our host came to the property to get us into the house and we were set for our stay. Watching the sunset and enjoying fires by the lake made up our evenings. Beds were comfortable, linens and amenities (most of which we didn't take advantage of) plentiful. We agreed that we would stay here again. I believe the issues with VRBO were related to me using a virtual credit card number for payments. Because of this, I'm hesitant to go through VRBO for future stays.

Quiet and Relaxing

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The owner responded immediately to anything we needed and went above and beyond. We had everything we needed with a few minor exceptions, but we picked those up at the local dollar store. Neighborhood was quiet and lake was beautiful. Sunsets were amazing. Would stay there again.

Summer Vacation July 2023

Our family had a great time at Rush Lake. House was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was amazing having 4 bathrooms for the 9 of us! Everything was as stated on the website. We enjoyed our time in the water, fishing, and morning and evening walks on the road, and watching the beautiful sunsets over the lake. Cordell was very helpful and responded to questions in a timely manner!

Family Vacation at Rush Lake

We stayed Monday through Friday. This property was perfect. Four Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms accommodated us well. Sandy lake bottom, outdoor furniture, paddle boards and fishing kept us busy and relaxed! Great experience, great property.

We had such a nice stay in this home- it was the perfect fit for my siblings and our families to come together. We enjoyed time between the house/ lakefront and our relatives in the area. Sunsets from the yard were absolutely a key feature of each night. Highly recommended rental. Everything was as pictured, very clean. Easy communication and absolutely a place we’d return to.

A Perfect Getaway

Couldn't ask for more. Spacious and clean and modern, the home is equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen. The location is quiet and serene, and the view of the lake is spectacular.
