I would recommend the Hotel it was an excellent place to stay. The bedroom was comfortable the bathroom had good quality shower products. The Breakfast room had plenty of space between diners tables and a good choice of attractively displayed food. A member of the Reception staff offered to carry carried the luggage to our room which was appreciated as my husband uses a walking stick.

Triple rooms have 3

The hotel was very nice staff friendly and helpful. The one complaint would be , we are a group of 3 but the room only had 2 mugs 2 towels etc had to ask for more then the next day had to explain again and wait for more to be brought. If the room is a triple I expect the room to be set for 3 not 3

Unexpected fees and building site

Unexpected parking charges on arrival. Bed so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Room was next to a noisy building site that I was not made aware of before check in.

The location was great for going to Oxford. Breakfast also has a variety of options. The room was good although think would need a touch up since the carpets already had some stains. Overall would have been nice. The only thing was that they charged me twice! I already paid through hotel.com but when I put my details in to pay for parking, they also charged me for another two nights. Tried calling them and they said they’d call me back but didn’t. Tried emailing too but nobody responded. Had to contact my bank to tell them to reverse the payment (it’s still being investigated).

Wonderful hotel, great helpful staff. Only negative is it’s not in the city, but we were ok with that because we didn’t want To drive our car in the city. Just 10 mins away, great clean place!

Would recommend Executive rooms. Restaurant prices excessive with service charge added. Oxford similar to London Prices. Quality of breakfast items could be better for a Marco Pierre restaurant. Everything rushed and seemed more staff required. Otherwise I would recommend having stayed here several times as Barcelona/Jurys and now Leonardo Royal.

We were very pleased with our room. Bathroom was very clean, beds super comfortable! Nice touch was a coffee machine! Lobby is beautiful and staff very polite. Nice area, we took a shrot walk next to the canal.

We had a really great time the staff went above and beyond and were extremely helpful with our requests. The rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. It’s also very conveniently located in the gorgeous Cotswolds but also on the outskirts of Oxford.
