Relax in the living area on comfortable sofas and enjoy your favorite movies on the extra-large TV along with high-speed internet to stream your favorite shows on Netflix or Hulu.

Culinary enthusiasts will love the well-equipped kitchen, stocked with all essential appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator and gas stove. The kitchen also comes with a variety of utensils, spices, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, foil, baggies, and convenient appliances like a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender and crockpot. The indoor dining table seats six, along with three island barstools. There is a dining table outside adjacent to the indoor dining area.

A mini split HVAC system was installed in Nov 2023. This allows guests to independently regulate temperatures in each bedroom as well as offer improved air quality throughout the home.

There is a full size brand new washer and dryer and laundry soap available for guest use.

As night falls, marvel at the brilliance of Arizona’s desert sky, illuminated by millions of twinkling stars. And for early risers, the spectacular sunrise over the lake is an experience you won’t want to miss.

Although the home is fully private, there is a separate caretaker's apartment located beneath the home that is sometimes occupied throughout the year. When present, the tenants have a friendly Yellow Lab named Kona that shares the open yard.

House Rules:
- Absolutely no smoking - $250 fee for any smoke damage or scent.
- No pets, no exceptions - $500 fee for any unauthorized pet on the premises.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival.
- Guests agree to the cancellation policy. NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED OUTSIDE OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Girls Reunion Trip

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Powell home. They have absolutely every possible amenity we could possibly need provided. The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The views were breathtaking from both the front and back decks. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions we had and making sure everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend this place when traveling to the Lake Powell area!

Impeccable inside, lovely views

The inside of this property must have been recently rehabbed as it was so nice. Lovely furnishings, great cookware in the kitchen (butter knives were put away in the most meticulously beautiful way - sounds odd, I know, but all that to say that attention is paid to the details). Totally comfortable in all the ways. Views didn’t hurt either

Fantastic Rental, Excellent Location, Great Amenities!

This Rental was so well stocked. Paper products, spices, laundry supplies! Although we cooked all our meals and cleaned all our dishes after each meal, the abundance of dishes and cutlery was impressive! We enjoyed stargazing each night on the front and back porches! We greatly appreciated the starter bottle water in the fridge. The only suggestions we would have would be to provide a few more kitchen towels and a sharper paring knife! A couple of things that might need some attention
.the ice maker didn’t make much ice daily, the stopper in the hall tub, by the bathroom, was hard to seal and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs a new pull! We loved the fall touch of pumpkins near the kitchen! This area is so quiet and peaceful and in close proximity of so many hikes and sightseeing options. Would definitely stay here again!

This property had everything we needed. It was fully stocked, comfy beds and sofas, nice and cool, spacious, amazing views - seamless check-in/check-out process - don't think it could have been any better. Other than front steps it was all on one level - a plus for 3 older siblings having a reunion. We'll definitely go back if we return to Page!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family getaway. It was such a great place to come home to every day after being on the lake. The house stayed so nice and cool and had all the perks of home. The place was very clean and spacious. The views from the deck were amazing! We felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. The home had everything you would need in the kitchen, games, extra pillows, blankets, washer and dryer. We used the bbq grill. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Great house for a long weekend

This house was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms clean and modern. The kitchen has new appliances. 5 adults stayed here and we had plenty of space. Good parking for 2 cars. Stan was informative and friendly and their dog was sweet. I would definitely stay again!

It was an amazing place and location. Enjoyed the patio and fire pit. The stars at night were awesome. We were blessed by an incredible rainbow coming up from the mountains behind the home on the morning we were leaving. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Stayed here a few nights in November, 4 adults- would have been plenty of room for another couple too. The place is clean and the kitchen has everything and more- much more. The owners stayed in separate quarters below with separate entrances we we never new they were there. The decks provide exceptional views of the surrounding mountains and sunset shadows are spectacular. We all really enjoyed this place.

Comfortable house, helpful host

We spent a couple of days in Page to visit local attractions, including the Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, Lake Powell, and Antelope Canyon. This house is well maintained and located in a community several miles out of town, which worked well for us. Cute features include board games, apt UT & AZ wall clocks, and bedside lamp made of arrows. Mask mandates (still!) by the Navajo Nation put a damper on some activities. The host was very responsive and gave us helpful tips.
