The hotel is very clean and easy to access, staff was friendly. We only had one complaint - they did not have dispensable water anywhere on site - not even at breakfast. We had to walk to the Quality Inn and purchase bottled waters.

The problem at check in was with Expedia I had paid for my stay on your app but you hadn’t paid the Motel I spent over an hour and a half trying to sort it which you did Was not happy

When making a reservation through Expedia for the same day, I didn’t notice that the date on the site was for the following night. When we arrived at the desk we were told told they were sold out and cannot do anything. Expedia tried to help us but Super8 refused to reimburse us. Will never book with Super8 and will discourage people to go there

The staff is careless, wasn't welcoming and rude. There was no shower gel, no shampoo, no comditioner, no water and the carpet is full of cigarette smell. We had to go to the reception multiple times when we realized they weren't there. The room looks ugly, atleast invest in proper lighting, the bed makes creaking noise every time we tried to sit. Pretty old hotel, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY, never had a bad experience at Super 8 before but this is a 1 star experience. I wish i considered holiday inn or la quinta which were just beside this. This was a pretty bad choice and i regret my decision. We checked out within one hour of checking in.

Unfortunately, the keycards did not work properly and we were constantly having to replace or recharge them. In addition, the juice machine for breakfast was broken and they did not offer an alternative. Did not offer water either. Some of the behind the desk staff did not seem interested in smiling or wanting to help people.

We stayed two nights with standard room. Fridge was VERY cold so watch your drinks. The air conditioner was very loud which caused some disruption with sleep as every time it came on I woke up. The staff was very nice and the property was very clean and the workers around the property could be seen cleaning the pool, painting or even raking the rocks. The breakfast was good with your standard fare but the area was nice and roomy with space inside and out. I would most definitely stay here again (but with ear plugs). Suggestions: make sure to go to the Glen Dam overlook. We would of missed it if we had not gotten curious about the parking lot being full- https://www.nps.gov/places/dam-overlook-trailhead.htm

If you want to escape the internet, stay here

Wi-Fi was horrible. It brought back memories of dialup internet with constant dropped connections and slow as molasses. And in 4 nights they never cleaned to room.
