We arrived after midnight and there parking lot was full the front desk lady moved her car so we had a place to park. Great costumer service very happy

The pictures for this property are deceiving. They make it look to be a clean but dated facility. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I could immediately tell it was more run down and dirty than the photos let on. Upon entering our room my suspicions were confirmed when we found cockroaches in the bathroom, as well as in the parking lot. Needless to say, we immediately checked out and went to stay somewhere else. The staff at the front desk was kind when I explained why we were leaving, but I have yet to receive a refund for the room.

This was by far the worst experience we have had. From rude staff, to furniture in disrepair, holes in the walls repaired haphazardly, dirty and mold in the bathroom, grey linens that were once white, lumpy pillows, and roaches. I reported all of it right away and requested a different room. Staff was not accommodating and no refunds for cancelations. The pool was not open, the WiFi is extremely slow, and the TV modem kept losing the signal. All in all, an awful experience.

The room did not seem thoroughly clean. The floor left bare feet dark with dirt. The breakfast was lackluster with precooked waffles, premade French toast, and bread. It did not seem fresh and was very dry. I may have come during the busiest time in the morning but it seemed like their was not enough toasters and/or they weren’t working well. The air conditioning was really close to one of the beds, and it caused one bed to be very cold. Since it was the summer, it would be too hot with the AC off, but if it was on, the bed closest would be too cold under the thin sheets.
