The residential complex Porto Mannu is located right underneath of the Bear Rock, right on the Golfo delle Saline, was built at the end of the eighties and since then guests have spent here unforgettable holidays.
Stands out for privacy, the position right by the Bay of Venalonga is very discreet, on the other end is close to the town of Palau. Very close to all the marvellous beaches in the North East and Costa Smeralda.

The local beach in the Bay of Vena Longa is well known for its fine golden sand and the crystal clear waters, whats more is protected by dominant winds, very enjoyable even on windy day.

A form of transport is needed to get to Palau where all the other facilities are, supermarkets, groceries, pharmacy ect… Beautiful two-room apartment located in the residential center of Porto Mannu, inserted in the green of the Mediterranean scrub and the enchanting flowering bougainvillea, which adorn the wonderful and large outdoor patio. The house is equipped with all comforts, it is accessed from a well-kept private garden, which leads to the large outdoor patio with table and lounge, suitable for spending enchanting evenings in the moonlight and admiring the wonderful sea of the enchanting Bay of Porto Mannu. The living area consists of a living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchenette with peninsula and a small corridor, equipped with a wardrobe which leads to the main bathroom. The sleeping area, on the other hand, is characterized by a double bedroom with master bathroom, which overlooks the large rear courtyard. The exterior has a garden where there are sun loungers for moments of pure relaxation and a stone barbecue area, where you can organize delicious dinners with family and friends. Dieses Objekt ist eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung, ruhig und in Strandnähe gelegen mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die Bucht. Alles Wesentliche an Ausstattung war vorhanden, sehr sauber und ansprechend. Der kleine Garten und die Terasse gaben ein liebevolles Ambiente. Der Check-In ist etwas umständlich, da das Büro in der nächsten Stadt liegt, dafür konnte die Wohnung aber schon etwas früher bezogen werden. Etwas nachteilig gestaltet sich auch die Müllentsorgung, da diese nur zu gewissen Zeiten und etwas weiter weg stattfindet.Alles in allem eine hervorragende Unterkunft für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt im Nordosten Sardiniens.
