Located 250 meters from the beach of Sciumara (5 sails - among the most beautiful 10 beaches of the Costa Smeralda) and a short distance from the main services and, therefore, you can spend the period of stay without ever using the car. Divided into 1 sleeping area with a double bed and 2 additional beds in the living room using the two sofa beds. Also present a small terrace. Large well-kept garden inside residence. Direct access to beach parking.

Abbiamo passato alcuni giorni a metà luglio in questa magnifica zona. Appartamento ben tenuto, con ogni confort, adatto a due adulti e due bambini.
Ubicato in zona strategica con accesso agevolato tramite cancello alla spiaggia adiacente. Il centro di Palau a 400mt. Servizi nelle vicinanze. Vacanza senza auto.
