Apartment Giulia is a Luxurious and Spacious Apartment Near Teatro Massimo

House renovated and decorated in 2015, with all the amenities required in a home daily lived.
The decor is colorful and multiethnic result of an aesthetic unique style and original combined to a meticulous restoration.
It is on the second floor of a building and is on two floors, also has a terrace from which you can admire from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele Orlando up to the dome of the Teatro Massimo.
The first floor consists of a spacious living room and dining room with terrace, fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms with balconies overlooking the main facade and two bathrooms.
From an internal staircase leads to the second floor, all the ceilings are made of wood and light up the house with a system of electronically controlled Velux windows. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
You may notice the originality of the furnishings in every different environment.
Finally a short flight of stairs will give you access to the terrace where in addition to the sun and the view you can enjoy a relaxing green spot.
We are in the heart of Palermo, where you can still see, hear and taste the original traditions of Palermo.
Given its location can easily be explored on foot around the old town and a bus stop to the house it is easy to move around the city.

This is a fabulous apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of interesting furniture and ornaments. The location is good - we were able to walk everywhere in the city, and David, our host, was very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Good location

Davidi was very helpful, and communicated well with us. The apartment is closed to a lot nice neighborhood restaurants, and markets. Most of the attractions are in walkable distance.

Apartment Giulia is a special place in Palermo. Ideally located, beautifully curated, comfortable and spacious. Great Apartment

Apartment is beautiful, decorated with pieces of art from around the globe, spacious and accomodating. Only issue was the electric went out twice; not the owners fault. Davide was a fantastic host. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, roomy apartment

From the friendly and informative check in with David and during our entire stay, this apartment is a wonderful home away from home! The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths are roomy, clean and comfortable with full kitchen and plenty of sitting areas for the 8 people in our party. There are also 3 terraces to enjoy the days and nights. It is within walking distance of the Capo Market, Theatre Massimo and downtown restaurants, supermarkets and gelato shops and really quiet at night for sleeping. All in all a great place!!

Incredibly amazing

David was an amazing host! He welcomed us as if we were family. The house was extremely clean the kitchen was completely stocked with anything and everything thing you vould think of needing. David made sure all the events we wanted to do were in place. The apartment was located in the middle of everything all the places were walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property and i will definitely come back!! Just so amazing!!

Just returned from annual family Eurotrip , we have done this for the last few years and by far this was the best . Palermo and this property were the best we have visited in 4 years. The unit was first class the Mgmt was excellent and we are all ready planning for a return next year, I cannot say enough the description and pictures do not do it justice, it is better. A Fabulous and Spacious Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and comfortable home. It is in a great location and we were able to easily take daily walks to street markets, Palermo's historical center, cathedral, and opera house. We very much enjoyed the balconies and roof terrace, which were very relaxing and provided rooftop views of the city. Davide is an outstanding property manager. He suggested several restaurants, local stores for food shopping, and must-see places to tour. He followed up during our stay to make certain we were pleased with everything. It was a great VRBO experience and I think anyone would be fortunate to stay in this home.

Amazing apartment perfectly located

We thought this apartment listing was going to be too good to be true. A beautiful, spacious, perfectly located apartment with a double room for each of the 5 of us? We couldn’t have asked for more, it was a dream apartment! All the rooms were huge and comfy. It was just what we needed. David was a wonderful host, super helpful with tips on the area and places to eat. We were welcomed with local pastries and some delicious wine. This apartment had everything we needed and more. Between the 5 of us we have done a lot of travelling and this is probably the best accommodation we’ve been able to find on a city break. We would happily go back here time and time again!

Amazing customer service. Our flight from Naples to Palermo was delayed by a day and then our luggage was lost for another 24 hours. Our host was very understanding and was willing to help in anyway needed. Our host hooked us up with a private driving service that was so helpful running us back and forth to the airport to get our luggage. Property was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures on the site. We were greeted with snacks, drinks and even an amazing 7 layer chocolate cake. I would stay here again anytime. Only negative is that there are several stairs to climb to get to it so if you are unable to climb stairs this would not be the place for you but otherwise I would highly recommend this location.

Wonderful Palermo apartment

The apartment was large, beautifully decorated, and included an incredible rooftop patio. The location allowed us to walk to everything we wanted to visit in Palermo.David and Guilia are wonderful hosts. We were a group of 6 women and the apartment was large enough to accommodate us. The welcome gift of pastries, cake and wine was a lovely gesture. David recommended a driver and Guido met us at the airport and took us on various day trips during our stay. There was a convenience store and pharmacy below the apartment and a supermarket very close by. Restaurants, bars and historic sites all within walking distance. We would highly recommend this apartment rental. Thank you David andGuilia for making our trip to Sicily a memorable experience.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en décembre dans ce bel appartement. Tout a été parfait : la décoration est superbe, la literie est parfaite, les équipements et installations sanitaires sont de haute qualité. l’appartement est à deux pas du théâtre Massimo et du marché du Capo. Notre séjour fut un véritable plaisir, et nous conseillons vivement cet appartement avec en plus un accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes.
