This apartment, located in the heart of the historical center of the city, in a newly renovated building.

The house is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Quattro Canti, on foot you can visit all the major tourist attractions.
The Cathedral and the Royal Palace are 500 meters away and can be reached along the pleasant pedestrian zone of the old town.
Also a few meters you will find the Vucciria market, immortalized by Guttuso, with its typical Sicilian products from fresh fish to sfincionello while the Ballaro market is just a little further away.

We really loved this exceptional place.

There cannot exist a better location for visiting Palermo than this flat, at less than 20meters from the Quatro Canti which is the famous epicenter of the old city (and its geometric barycenter as well). The flat is marvelous with a very distinguished brand new interior design. Fully equipped. We lived there with my wife and our 4 kids in excellent conditions. Very quiet although very central. Hospitality is exceptional in all respects. Special thank's to Andrea!! Will definitely come back there if we visit Palermo again. We strongly recommend it.

We stayed while doing some business in Palermo. Really enjoyed the location as almost right at Quatro Conti. Lots of shops and restaurants to chose from. Very relaxing space. felt at home while there. Didn't cook there but could have. Would stay again if in Palermo.

Location Location Location Ideal hub for an adult two-couples visit to Palermo city centre. Walking distance from all sights, such as the cathedral (go on the roof) and beautifulTeatro Massimo (worth a visit even if you can't catch a show), and right beside the Quattro Canti, amid bustle of colourful streetlife. Yet calm, clean, cool and comfortable retreat as and when. Good beds, two shower rooms with WC and spacious living room. Modern well-equipped kitchen but not needed -- fantastic choice of superb restaurants all around, beginning with cafe ideal for breakfast pastries opposite the front door. Steps away you'll find Sicilian specialities and seriously good cooking even at places that look little more than ice cream parlours (eg La Martorana and Plaza Pretoria) And your local piazza for passegiata strolling is the unique Fontana della Vergogna. Shame not to go. Buona vacanza!

The apartment is very spacious with a comfortable and well equipped Kitchen. The location of the apartment could not be more centrally located in the downtown of Palermo: only 100 feet from Quattro canti square and a short ealk to the Ballaro market. Downstairs, along Cia Vittorio Emmanuele there is a very welcomong bar were we enjoyed espresso drinks every morning and delicious makef goods

Great location

The apartment is wonderful because of its great location--walking distance to Quattro Canti and the Fountain and churches nearby, the Palace and Palatine Chapel, plus the Palermo Cathedral. It was also easy to walk to the train and bus station for our day trips out of town. Though the street in front of the apartment building is very busy, the apartment itself is in the back section and was very quiet. The furnishings were very nice. Air conditioning worked well. Very clean.The kitchen was well equipped which we liked because we cooked every day. A big grocery store is also in walking distance. The refrigerator, though, was not cooling well and we used the freezer compartment to store our food. We reported the issue to Andrea. Aside from this, we were very comfortable staying in this apartment. Rosellina responded to my questions very quickly, conveyed the check-in instructions, and let us arrive early to the apartment. Andrea met us and familiarized us with the apartment and gave us recommendations for our stay. Thank-you very much.

Very nice Palermo apartment

Overall, the apartment was very comfortable for our one month stay in Palermo. The layout and size was nice for one and two couples. Communication with the owner prior to arrival was very good. Upon arrival, Andrea greeted us and was very helpful during our stay. The pictures and description on VRBO accurately represent the apartment . The refrigerator did not seem to stay very cold and Andrea was working toward a solution to resolve the problem. Overall, very nice apartment to rent and we would return if in Palermo again.

Wonderful apartment

This spacious apartment is the best we have stayed in during several holidays in Europe. The reviews are accurate. It’s superbly located on Victor Emanuele in the heart of the old city, shielded from noise, in a block of apartments with an onsite manager. Many thanks to Luigi for making our arrival and departure so easy. The living room is large, with two generous sized couches to stretch out on. The kitchen is equipped with all that is necessary and items such as oil, coffee, spices etc were there for us to use. The beds are comfortable and the wi-fi is excellent. The apartment was spotless. We stayed for 7 nights and we would return without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Great Apartment!

Check-in was smooth. Andrea was very nice and helpful and spoke English, which was helpful as my Italian is limited. There is an elevator where you don‘t have to traverse any stairs if you enter via the small road and up the little hill to the left of the property. The backdoor is surrounded by a gated courtyard with a keypad and code for entry. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The front living room is quite spacious with 2 large comfortable couches and a big TV and also a very large dining table that was perfect for getting work done. The Wi-Fi worked very well. We were able to have 2 IPADS, 2 Iphones and the apple TV playing on the TV at the same time with no issues. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with showers. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, etc and there were basics like Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil in the cabinets. There is a washing machine which worked perfectly. There are air conditioners in each room (living room, and both bedrooms) which worked very well. The apartment is also interior so it is quite peaceful. Overall a great stay. Would definitely return.

Straordinaria !!

Questa Ăš una casa talmente bella ed elegante , arredata con gusto e sapienza in ogni particolare, spaziosa , confortevole e silenziosa che abbiamo lasciato con un pĂČ di magone . Accessoriata con sanitari , rubinetteria , piano cottura , frigo , caldaia , condizionatori , televisore , tutti di grande qualitĂ  ed efficienza. Letti e divani belli e confortevoli. Pareti tinteggiate con raffinatezza e mobilio di classe . Palermo , stupenda , Ăš intorno a te , tutto raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Comunicazioni con Elena e Rosellina rapide ed essenziali . Sarete accolti calorosamente dal giovane Andrea che vi darĂ  ogni tipo di informazione per trascorrere una felice vacanza. Mia moglie ed io torneremo sicuramente e chi mi legge non puĂČ esitare

Large, newly renovated, perfect location for sights, restaurants, and shopping. A/C and elevator. Perfect for 4 people. Hosts were helpful and available on-site. We did not have a car, therefore, we have no info about parking. We would rent again.

Rosellina's apartment is wonderful. Perfect location and clean and well appointed for all our needs.
