Delightful apartment of about 60 square meters located on the second floor of Palazzo Moncada, a period building finely restored and equipped with an elevator. In our accommodation it is possible to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located a few meters from the famous Piazza Pretoria and overlooks Quattro Canti and Corso Vittorio Emmanuele. Apartment located in the very center of Palermo, a pedestrian area full of bars and places of interest. Very peaceful context. A few steps away you can reach the Massimo theater, the Cathedral, the Royal Palace, and all the most beautiful churches and museums in the historic center of Palermo.
The house is very comfortable and has 4 comfortable beds. It consists of two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a very functional bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
The kitchen will allow you to enjoy your meals in peace: it is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, electric oven, electric kettle and moka.
The bathroom has a shower cabin and a bidet.
The accommodation is also equipped with TV, WIFI, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack. We also have 2 extra beds available upon request.
Bed linen and towels will be provided upon arrival.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to all areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces.

Other things to highlight

For check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, according to the following:

EUR 15 from 21:30 to 23:00,
EUR 20 from 11.00pm and 12.00am
EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30
It is not possible to check in after 01:30, even for a fee

Early check-in (before 2pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.
