The chalet insists in the middle of a verdant garden in which an inground swimming pool of 12 x 4 meters and depths up to 3 meters. The garden features a barbecue area and a solarium area partly shaded by fruit and olive trees, in order to enjoy a sunbath or a rest in the fresh air.
The chalet is furnished entirely in wood. On the first floor there is a living room with a built-in fireplace, and a pallet sofa and a 6-seater dining table, a semi-habitable kitchen with a pull-out shelf, a study equipped with an hydromassage tub with water up to 40 degrees for 4 people, a double sofa bed and a double bedroom with attached bathroom with Basin. A staircase leads from the living room to the attic, on the second floor, where there are a triple bedroom with double bed and single bed, a bedroom with a French double bed and a panoramic terrace and a bathroom with shower . The masonry ground floor is an open space where there is an island kitchen equipped with oven, washing machine and tall refrigerator, wicker sofas and three beds. The house can accommodate up to 12 people.
