The Space:
Located a minute outside of the hustle and bustle of Palm Bay FL in a quiet and established neighborhood that backs up to a canal for added privacy!
The Bay Bungalow can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in the four minimalistic but yet satisfyingly decorated rooms, each showing off their own style.
The house offers a wide range of amenities to make you feel right at home while being away from home!
A kitchen, equipped with everything to serve, cook, and enjoy your signature home-cooked meals (coffee bar essentials, electric kettle, instant pot, blender, air fryer, toaster, microwave, cookie sheets).
A spacious living area is provided with a flat screen TV, seating for all and family board games for hours of fun with the whole crew. Washer and dryer available in the garage.
An eye-catching feature wall welcomes you into the Master Suite with a King Bed and a warm, simple but fulfilling design to pull it all together, including a full body mirror to capture an OOTD or memorable family photo!
The Pink Room with a queen bed is a mix up of nature that highlights the pops of colors that plants and wildlife have to offer, but also a large cozy chair fitting for a day curled up reading a good book.
The Yellow Room with a queen bed offers a mashup of warm, calming, coordinated vibe which features a desk for anyone who might need to take some time away and escape the fun to get a moment of quiet to cross off some must-do away from home tasks.
Our VW Room features a bunk bed with one full bed and twin overtop, perfect to host those that may have children traveling with them because this room also features some entertainment for our younger guests including some books and toys.
The home also features a large open-air pool backyard with full privacy fence to enjoy a full day or an entire month at your own slice of paradise. The massive covered porch has plenty of seating but the best feature is the pizza oven for pizza nights!
UNSCREENED POOL:
We're big into nature and backing up to a canal offers many opportunities to enjoy the local wildlife, bird watching is particularly a big hit at the house. We choose to have no screen on this property to be able to enjoy the entire yard during our stays, including our large and beautiful oak trees with all the bird visitors they offer, because of this you may find that the pool has debris in it when you arrive. We have it professionally cleaned and chemicals balanced weekly & Our cleaners will drop in a vacuum to pick up any debris, but after they're gone we don't have much control over mother nature. We will leave a net to skim the top as needed. We appreciate your understanding with this and we hope you'll enjoy this amazing outdoor space this home has to offer.
A game room including a foosball & shuffleboard table, along with a gaming system offering hundreds of classic throw-back games and a pile of board games.
A place for the whole family to join in on the fun, but also plenty of space (2050 sqft) to part ways for different styles of unwinding; send the kids to the game room while the adults kick back in the living room with a glass of wine or homemade cocktail.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home including 4 separate bedrooms and 5 beds total , 2 full baths, game room, living room, kitchen, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, and large backyard area with pool and covered porch with outdoor games for all the entertainment 1 or 8 people could need.

Quiet and safe neighborhood, house backs up to a canal and has a full privacy fence

We provide: Dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker(s), electric kettle, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, All bedding, linens, pillows, towels.
Outdoor Fun: Pool towels, propane grill, pizza oven, swing, corn hole, ring toss.
Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, broom and dustpan, vacuum, toiletries in limited quantities.
Note: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, or for longer stays, please purchase separately.
