Room was supposed to be non-smoking. It reeked of cigarette smell. there were burns on the carpet and bedding. The air filter of the A/C-Heating unit was almost completely clogged, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It also had mold spots on the dirt. The smoke detector on the ceiling was covered and sealed with a plastic bag. Basically it was useless for early detection of fire. The toilet seat was falling off. On the bright side, there was plenty of hot water, with good pressure, and a good shower head.

The room was clean when entering. The bed a king size had a bedspread with cigarette hole marks in several places. Also, for a King bed there was only two small thin pillows. When we requested another pillow the front desk lady could only locate one and told us maintenance could provide more the next day. I asked the maid the next day about pillows she referred me to the front desk. Needless to say we never got the pillows. We bought some since my husband is on CPAP machine. Overall it was a nice stay. My recommendation would be to better educate the staff as to who handles what so the customer can get something done.
Outside of the hotel. Pool gate remained locked during our 3 day stay.

The lady at the front dest was gracious enough to switch us to a King bed room when we checked in. The room was on the second floor, but right next to the elevator. Good deal for the price, nothing fancy, just coffee in the morning.

After getting to the hotel ,I was very tired from having a busy day at work. I went to bed. There was a family with children right next door, I was woken up a few times during the night because the noise from the kids was loud, not very good sound proofing between rooms. The next morning I noticed there were several burn holes in the comforter. When I went to work I stopped at the front desk to ask them to replace the comforter. I was told yes we will take care of it. When I got back from work the comforter was the same and my towels had not been exchanged as I had also requested. I called the front desk, asked again. They told me they would be right up. Then 45 minutes later I called again. Nothing happened, after another hour I went back to the front desk, there was another 45 minutes,finally someone came to change it out. It was very frustrating. I requested a partial refund, the hotel told me I have to request it from expedia. We will see what happens.

Need a significant upgrade. The bedding is old and worn out. Towels are as hard as a rock. Smells like a Clorox bottle. Night table lamps are rusty. And it’s not cheap. At over $100 per night, it’s unacceptable.
