Estadia desastrosa.

Me hospedei no hotel Eduardus junto com minha família. Reservei 3 quartos. Pelo valor da diária esperava encontrar um quarto mais confortável.Os chuveiros funcionavam precariamente. E para finalizar, no último dia da nossa estadia o hotel pegou fogo em um dos quartos devido a um curto circuito no painel na cabeceira da cama. E com certeza foi por instalações precárias e falta de manutenção. Nas condições que o hotel funciona , não recomendo a ninguém.

Hotel regular

Café da manhã bom, cama boa, ar condicionado e chuveiro ok. Estive hospedada em um quarto de casal no período de 4 dias. Os 2 primeiros dias não pude usar a piscina pois estava interditada para manutenção. Depois conseguimos usar. Muito refrescante e limpa. Não tem escada de acesso para entrada diretamente na piscina. Ficamos presos dentro do elevador por uns 10 minutos, sem o botão de alarme funcionar, batemos e gritamos tudo em vão. Tivemos que lugar para o hotel e informar que estávamos presos no elevador. O funcionário religou o elevador e quando indagamos do pq ter desligado, nós foi dito que qdo esta trovejando é ordem desligar os elevadores para não queimar. Mas não foi avisado os hóspedes na hora, se não desceríamos de escada! Outro ponto negativo foi que deixamos a chave do nosso quarto para arrumação e saímos do hotel, horas depois, quando voltamos, não sabiam aonde estavam. Então, nós avisaram que o rapaz da manutenção estava arrumando ao AC do nosso quarto. Porém não foi solicitado nenhum pedido de reparo! Isso deveria ser feito sem hóspedes no quarto. Enfim, achei o hotel muito fraco.
