I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed.

Otimo hotel para viagem a negócios. Quarto amplo, com bom banheiro e extremamente limpo. Os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis e de melhor qualidade. Recomendo.

Hotel muito aconchegante e com ótimos serviços. No checkout me relataram o consumo de um doce e uma água, itens que eu não consumi. Fiquei constrangido ao ter que relatar o fato ao atendente no balcão ao lado de outros hóspedes. Na minha opinião, o conferente do hotel precisa ser mais atento na conferência.
