I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed.

Otimo hotel para viagem a negócios. Quarto amplo, com bom banheiro e extremamente limpo. Os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis e de melhor qualidade. Recomendo.

Gostei muito do hotel! Café da manhã excelente. Staff super simpático e atenciosos. Única questão foi barulho a noite toda de carros passando na avenida com som alto. Não sei se tinha alguma festa próximo, mas realmente incomodou a noite. Porém o hotel é muito bom!
