The apartment is designed to make the most of its sea view. It has a large space shared by the kitchen, dining room and living room, with direct access to the balcony. This room has views from the Montgrí natural park to the Medes Islands. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and two chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes, from the window you can see the sea. The second bedroom is spacious and is equipped with a bunk bed that has a mattress for two people on the bottom, and a single bed on top. It also has closets so you can store all your belongings. Finally, a full bathroom with a shower. The community area is quiet and has a playground and a large, well-maintained pool. It also has a community parking area.
