Directly on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" facing the Gulf of Mexico, this new family resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, is the ideal vacation destination. This upscale development includes a gulf-front pool, indoor pool, grill area and much more. Overall, the property was nice location. I would not rent again from ECDI (Emerald Coast Destinations). It took us almost 3 hrs to enter the property due to a faulty code. I notified them prior to our departure about a late arrival. We arrived at 11 pm and attempted to sleep in the lobby until we finally got a response from their emergency number at almost 2 am after we and the properties security attempted to reach the host multiple times. Not one apology was given until I called them out on their reply “we see you got in, enjoy your week”. We reported the dish washer not working properly and got no response. Upon speaking to security and other owners in the building ECDI has been terrible to work with and many people (renters) have complained about them. In our direct dealings with them they didn’t seem to care about anything except you paid for the week and were there. Not a very customer focused organization. Support a private renter instead!

We absolutely loved this condo! Having a corner unit is great, there is always a breeze, tons of space for everyone and it has a plenty of shade and just enough sun! The beds are vwry comfortably, so many towels and extra pillows and blankets. I honestly would choose this place everytime. All the amenities were a plus too! This is a very clean resort inside and out.

Incredible. Way better than expected. I have had 2 other condos in the Majestic towers but, this one was gorgeous. Very clean! Ecdi (Emerald coast destinations) are great hosts!! Both balcony furnishings were top notch!

Great Stay

The condo was just as listed. The balcony has great furniture for sitting and taking in the beautiful view of the beach . Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The only complaint we had was the back bedroom was warm but we were there the hottest week of the year . Heat index in the 100's each day. The rest of the condo was comfortably cool. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend.

Great Vacation

The condo was exactly as shown, it was perfect for our family vacation, the kitchen was well stocked even the pots and pans were good quality and everything didn't stick. The AC was the best we've ever experienced, it was chilly at times. Except for the back bedroom it stayed really warm for some reason, a fan helped. Only complaint is that we hand washed most dishes the dishwasher wasn't draining correctly. I've for sure added this unit to our will stay again list!

Perfect Condo for 6

This condo was perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the living space easily accommodated us all. The balcony is also amazing. It’s large enough for 8 chairs, a round table, and 2 small tables, plus the view is incredible. Honestly, the balcony is what sold me on renting this unit. As much as we enjoy hanging out on the beach, we love to sit on the balcony in the morning or at night and just enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The location is also great, it’s near many restaurants and a Walmart. The covered air-conditioned walkway from the parking garage was also a nice bonus. The check-in process was very easy and communication was great. The parking garage also has a license plate reader so the gate automatically opens when you arrive. The only complaint about the property is the small area of “open” beach access to put your own chairs and umbrellas (most of the beach is for the beach service). This wasn’t too bad as we were able to find a decent spot each day, but it could get more difficult during busy times (we went end of April). Overall we loved our stay here and plan on staying here again the next time we visit PCB.

This condo was beautiful! The view was unmatched. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and it had everything you need. They even left dishwasher pods and laundry pods. The location was great we could walk to many things. Easy booking and communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay again and use ECDI.

Majestic Tower 2

Enjoyed our stay at PCB. Great location right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the condo. The condo is very nice, well equipped and clean. The only bad was when winds became heavy the balcony railing howls and you won’t be able to sleep, it became very noisy Other than that everything was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Exceeded expectations!

THIS is the property you’ve been looking for! Clean, stocked, and centrally located. Never have I felt more at home. The small details were even tended to. Master bath was amazing-drained well and awesome water pressure. Carpet in the bedrooms. Everything was SO clean and well maintained or replaced as needed. Couldn’t be happier. We even found a few camping chairs in the closet and a few board games were left on hand. ♄

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Condo #1609! This condo had everything my family needed and more to make the entire stay so enjoyable. Upon arrival the condo was spotless! We vacation a lot and this is the cleanest we have ever seen a unit we have rented from. The communication was so easy and the check-in/check out process was so stress free. This unit was so spacious with absolutely beautiful views! The beds were so comfortable as well. We were amazed by everything this condo offered in the kitchen-it was just like being at home. They also had a few beach chairs and a pop up tent that came in handy on those sunny days! Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back again!

Majestic Tower 2

ECDI does a great job managing their properties. The unit was clean and well appointed. This was our second stay in one of their properties, and we have not been disappointed. The staff was helpful and patient. Also, the Majestic is one of our favorite beach properties.
