***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

This first floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed as well.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids.

This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

*The pool will not be heated in the off season*

What an AMAZING Condo!

Everything listed is true, no fudging or embellishment. It is a beautiful property right on top of the beach, the balcony view is unbelievable and the sunsets are incredible. The condo is well stocked with all the essentials and all we needed was our paper goods and trashbags. It broke my heart to pack up and leave today but all trips must come to an end. Having the 3rd bedroom (and for the same price as many 2 bedrooms) was a life saver since we have two teenage daughters and the wifi kept everyone happy. There are TV's but we never turned them on, however, the electric fireplace was great since the weather was cooler. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this condo!

Spring Break 2025

This rental was amazing!! 1st floor great ocean breeze watched dolphins while drinking coffee! Kids and I had enough space to stretch out. Beds were super comfy!no issues at all with the rental. Will definitely stay again! Close to shopping but far enough it wasn't crazy. Walmart down the road. St. Andrew's State Park was amazing!

A week there

Booked our initial stay from monday to sunday but then realized we needed sunday to sunday. Excellent communication and easy to reserve rhe extra day. Lokked at the reviews and noticed one that said wasnt clean. Thought well hmm. We got there about 7pm Sunday night and somethig didnt seem right. Condo hadnt been cleaned from the previous stay. Called right away received a text that they had a night crew and would be there to clean. Then recieved another text at 8pm that someone from housekeeping would be there first thing in the morning. Meanwhile i cant go to bed unpack or relax none of us could and there were 5 of us. After a very long trip this was unacceptable. Messaged back it was unacceptable and they sent a cleaning crew. They finsished about 11 pm and THANK GOD they were extremely nice and thorough. The condo was as described beautiful convenient and cold. My suggestion would be to have a keurig there but it was well stocked. Everythig is pretty much within walking distance.

Just a Perfect week

Other than the weather (which no one can control), our family had an absolutely perfect week. The location of this unit is great, especially if you are doing much walking. The Sunrise Cafe and Bakery is awesome - just across the street. Shops and Walmart are close if needing supplies. The unit suited us well, and being on the 1st floor was great. Oh, and...the onsite manager needs a raise...he was very friendly and did a topnotch job of keeping everything clean and tidy. Access to the beach was perfect and the pool was always nice and clean. We liked the coded door for easy access for everyone coming and going. Just a very nice unit with a very friendly family atmosphere. Thanks so much...we had an awesome time.

Great property and unit

This was our first time staying at this building- the Marisol was small, quiet, and not too busy! Unit on the first floor is a great location- quick walk to the beach and no waiting on elevators like at tall condo buildings. Building was very soundproof. The condo itself was lovely and well equipped (lots of dishes, appliances, pots and pans). Plenty of seating in condo and on balcony. There were plenty of sets of extra sheets and blankets. Overall a great spot and enjoyable location. Some of the comforters were visibly dirty and when we stripped the beds to leave, all the mattress pads were visibly dirty (I’m not even sure they were stained, they just needed to be washed). The master tub had sand in it (I think it was impossible to clean well because it wasn’t draining adequately). The other shower had visible mold. There are a few pictures pulled off the walls (assuming damaged by previous guests) waiting to be rehung. The master shower and master tub were clogged and drained extremely slowly and the dishwasher didn’t work. It took several days of calls but mid-week maintenance did come and unclog the shower, attempted to unclog the tub, and confirmed the dishwasher had to be replaced. The dishwasher was replaced at the end of the week. Overall I think a more thorough cleaning would make a huge difference and would make management aware of any maintenance issues.

Spacious Breach Front Condo

Our family of seven had an amazing stay at this Marisol condo. We enjoyed the spaciousness felt in every room, including bathrooms with modern rain and wall shower features. Kitchen was well equipped with large pantry. Easy parking and excellent first floor balcony view was beyond our expectations.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 5 spent a week at Marisol and had a great time. The condo is great and we never waited for an elevator. The location is excellent, lots to walk to and a Walmart nearby for groceries and other necessities.

Condo's nice, listing was WRONG, owner didn't do anything to correct it.

Everything was great leading right up to check in. The property is very nice and the unit was clean and well stocked. However, the VRBO description was wrong. The photos online and the written description stated that there was a bunkbed in one of the rooms. I specifically booked this unit because of this. It fit perfectly for our group (4 teenage girls and two moms). Upon check in there was no bunkbed as advertised. This was a real problem for us since now two of the girls had to sleep in the living room on the fold out. This messed up the stay for us mom since we now couldn't be out in the living room during the morning and were trapped in our respective rooms so we didn't wake them up! I immediately emailed the property manager at check in, per the provided instructions. There was zero follow up from property during the stay. After the stay, I followed up again, both with the property and VRBO. VRBO put it in writing that they agreed with me on the inaccurate listing and also tried to get a response from the property. No luck. It is now a month after our stay and I've waited to leave this review. Overall, terrible customer service from Emerald Coast (property manager/owner). I would NOT recommend booking this property. Based on my experience, you may arrive and not have adequate accommodations for your party and you will not receive any communication during or after your stay, so good luck if you choose to book here.

Perfect place

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, amazing view and equipped with everything we could need. I will definitely book this condo again. I guess if I had to choose a complaint it would just be that the pool wasn't heated but the kids didn't seem to mind! It was a very comfortable and relaxing place.

Girls getaway

Overall, the condo was in the perfect location, and on the 1st floor, can't beat that! A few things in the condo need attention, but clean and orderly. If you plan on sitting on the deck, you have to take all the inside cushions out, to be able to sit comfortably, otherwise you sit on the metal bars and that sucked! The owners do not provide you with the amenity of beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach, and the beach chairs in the condo were broken and all rusted out. So that was another added expense. But in the long run, I would definitely book here again!!!
