Awesome vacation!

Property is well maintained and has easy, great access to the beach. Beach chair service is excellent and an added bonus to this rental property. Parking spaces right under the condo are also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again! Being the last condo along a long row of condo buildings also provided a lot less crowding on the beach.

This was our home away from home for the week and we loved it! Starting the day off with coffee and this beach view was perfect. Everything is exactly as you see in the photos and description. The first floor made it easy to access the pool, beach, garage, and easy for food deliveries. Hosts were welcoming and quick to respond.

Our stay was great! The parking space and the beach chair service decibel came in handy. This was our 4th time staying in 107 and we continue to enjoy this condo. Lisa checked in on us throughout the stay as well to make sure everything was going smooth.

Beautiful Condo

Second time staying in this condo and it's always perfect. The only thing I can come up with that would be nice to have is a crockpot and/or an air fryer. We look forward to staying here again. We really loved knowing we have two parking spots so close.
