Welcome to your home away from home. It is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath, plus bunk room unit located on the top floor with amazing views!

The only thing unchanged in this unit is the magnificent sweeping view from the 23rd floor balcony. Your beautiful unobstructed view reflects miles of white sugar sand and ocean waves that greet you as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony. The tropical hues of the sky turn brilliant colors as the sun sets and the pier down the beach becomes illuminated against the night sky. It is like having your own secluded slice of paradise.

As you enter the front door, located on the right is the bunk room with a barn door for added privacy. The bunk room is newly furnished with nautical décor, full-size bunk beds, smart TV, and new plantation shutters.

The guest bathroom is furnished with a tub shower combination including a retractable clothesline installed inside the tub/shower, which is handy for drying bathing suits after a day playing in the ocean and pools. The décor is newly updated with a shabby chic; beachy vibe coupled with additional lighting for brightening the space while you get ready.

The laundry nook is complete with a new stackable full-size Samsung Stainless Steel washer and dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. There is a Keurig coffee maker, a standard coffee maker, crock pot, toaster oven, waffle maker and other kitchen essentials. The dining area has new lighting, table and chairs with three new bar stools.

The living area has all new lighting, furniture and décor, including a pull-out queen sofa with upgraded memory mattress for added comfort. There is a new Samsung 59” Smart TV, with Netflix subscription. Nestled inside the TV cabinet are new books and games for raining days or fun family nights.

The master bedroom has a master bath en-suite complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. The new vanity is updated with lots of storage space and extra plugs on the inside cabinet. The spacious master bedroom is complete with new furniture, bedding, and a 49” Samsung Smart TV installed on the wall for your viewing pleasure. New plantation shutters enhance the view from the double windows and the door that leads from the master suite to the balcony for an amazing view.
