With Old Florida charm and modern design and furnishings, you'll find 171 Seacrest nestled among sago palms and sea pines. Conveniently located just off 30A on a quiet, dead-end street in the heart of Seacrest, this 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

You'll be greeted with an incredible open concept area that includes the kitchen, dining and living areas. Gorgeous flooring pours throughout the house generating the perfect balance of beauty and warmth. The fully equipped kitchen with large island and plenty of prep space are a cook's dream.

Movie nights and leisurely lounging are a must in the large living area with cozy sectional. You'll love the 65” Smart TV plus cable and sound bar. The mudroom at the back of the home includes a washer/dryer + utility sink and the barn door to blocks any sound from the laundry when in use.

If you prefer to spend a quiet evening outdoors, you can relax by the fire pit and enjoy your favorite cocktail. There are plenty of spaces in this family friendly home to enjoy the great outdoors.

Privacy and charm but also modern and perfect location!

Perfect for our stay! Half a block to walk to 30a and the boardwalk to the beach, but quiet and private. The landscaping was beautiful, and the layout of the property allowed us to sit outside and eat breakfast every morning in privacy even though we were so close to everything. Everything inside was clean, and well stocked (plenty of kitchen gear and dishes). Lots of space and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Nature Beach Bugalow

We love nature and we love the beach. This was the best of both worlds. Absolutely beautiful private lot with natural settings and wildlife. Loved drinking morning coffee outside watching the birds and squirrels. Walk to the beach is short with no issues. Plus just being able to walk down the street or road is a nice option for exercise. The house is so open and easy to navigate that is makes the stay simple without having to over think anything but to just be able to sleep, shower and hang without hassle. Just need the air to go below 70!!!!! Have one request.....that a simple path be put in between the car and the sidewalk. It is a busy street and walking in the road every time you go to the car or when your packing or unpacking car can be a little daunting. Willing to stay again if the air gets fixed.

Lovely Place!

Great stay for families! We had 3 kids and there was plenty of room for them to play inside and out. It is an awesome location - easy walk to the beach, quick bike ride to Alys or the Hub and not too far from Rosemary! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the large dining table! Our only complaint was only having one bath towel per person - it would’ve been nice to have a few extras stocked in the cabinet. But overall, we loved the place and will be back!

Awesome visit!

Very fresh & clean - great open family space and short walk to private “public beach”. We usually stay closer to Alyss or Rosemary beach but the space on the shore is so limited we ventured west. Great decision! Everything was great! (One recommendation is to have a gas grill - the Charcoal Weber takes time - I left our charcoal/fluid for the next family). Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect location!

I can't recommend this place enough if you're coming to 30a. Just off the beaten path enough, but still convenient to everything. Just a short bike ride to Alys or Rosemary Beach. We loved the house and the outside area was so spacious as well. We will definitely stay again if we come back to 30a. Bring trash bags they only provide one!

Lack of Privacy but nice house and location

We are a family of four with two young kids age 2 and four. Overall the house is very nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the mansion next door really invades your privacy. Pros Close to the beach. We walked with 2 kids in a stroller with beach gear every day. Large yard with lots of shade trees but lots of pine cones in the yard and no grass. Great for hammocks. Comfortable beds Good rental value Nice fire pit area with chairs Spacious living, dining, kitchen area with room to spread out. Lots of beach chairs with a few toys and other beach items. Cons No outdoor shower which is an easy fix! The neighboring house is huge and imposing with the windows overlooking the yard. Their pool area feels like it’s a part of your yard because there is little separation and the pool filter and ac units all face your yard area and runs constantly. No covered area outside and nowhere to hang clothes to dry outside. Small bedrooms with no clothing storage except closet for hanging clothes

Adorable House

Such an adorable clean remodeled home in a great location! The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little small but mattresses were great. The kitchen and living/dining area are large and tastefully decorated. Has a lovely outside area to sit. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach but does have steep stairs and no beach rental service in this area. You do get credit to rent your own gear which is helpful. Property management was great to deal with and quick to respond. We will be back as we have already booked for the fall.

The property was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was clean, well decorated and had easy access to the beach (although we were surprised at the four flights of steps to the beach!) The beach chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated. Great location on 30A also within easy biking distance from The Hub, Alys and Rosemary Beaches. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Clean, Comfortable, Nice Property for Smaller Families

Ranch style house with updated, open kitchen, dining and family room layout. Perfect for our party of 5 — 3 adults anf 2 teenagers. Outdoor areas at property included fire pit, BBQ grill in three distinct areas. Easy access to beach which is significantly less crowded than Rosemary and Seacrest beach fronts. 2.0 miles to heart of Rosemary/Seacrest communities and 1.5 miles from Providence/HUB easily accessed with bikes which are key when staying at this property. Walkable as well. Great property near beach, outside of dense areas, and accessible to beach and 30A.

Wonderful Getaway!

This lovely home provided our 3-generation family of 5 a perfect spot to enjoy getting away from all the "noise" of pandemic and politics surrounding us these days. The open gathering area with all the windows, the huge island and the very well-equipped kitchen, and the tree-shaded tables and chairs created lots of space as well. We found the short walk to the beautiful and uncrowded beach to be pleasant---so nice that we decided to stay an extra day! We will definitely return.

Awesome place!

We had 2 couples with infants, and the beach was close enough to walk with a wagon in the mornings and afternoons. All the beaches in the areas have access via stairs. The place was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated and updated. Lots of cooking equipment with an oversized island in the kitchen. Comfy beds, powerful AC, a bike, grill, and beach chairs to use. No complaints!

Home away from home!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay in this super cute beach house. From the moment we walked through the white arched gate and trellis, we felt like we were in our own little paradise. The house was just as the photos showed, if not better. It was immaculately clean and just right for our family. We loved how tastefully decorated it was and felt comfortable and at home for our week’s stay. It is just a short walk down the street to the beach and close to Seaside or Seacrest area. We were very sad to leave our home away from home and hope to return again in the future.

Best long weekend ever!

My girlfriends and I never wanted to leave. The brief walk to the beach was such a pleasure and the house was immaculate!! We cooked in 2 nights and everything we needed was at our fingertips. I definitely want to rent this house again!!
