Welcome to Emerald Beach 1725!

We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1725 because it, is very spacious and offers incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a two bedroom two bath beach residence with a bunk area that sleeps up to 8 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made this that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. We’ve even included free beach service from March through October! We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:

The resort will be updating/painting/sealing all balconies from 11/1/25-3/6/26. Workers will be present as well as equipment on the property. During this time, there will be no access to the balcony during the day when workers are present, and all balcony furniture will be stored inside the condo or in the center of the balcony covered. Balcony use will only be allowed after working hours and during the evening. We apologize for the inconvenience.

-The kid friendly bunk area offers twin bunks and it’s perfect for the kids
-There is a stacked washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit

Emerald Beach Resorts is one of the really high class resort properties here in Panama City Beach. This resort’s got all the style you want. But we’ll get to that. Let’s talk about the beach. We’re talking a beach that’s over 1000 feet wide. That’s 3 football fields end to end of sugar white sand. Just an unbelievable sight. And there's lots of amenities to enjoy:

If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot baseball tourneys.

The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.

Very nice unit at emerald beach

Condo listing was accurate. Cleaner than any unit we’ve stayed in previously. Elevators near the unit are updated and quick. Quiet near the unit as it’s at the end.

Beach vacation 2024

The property was as described but had a message before we checked in to not use the bath tub in the master bedroom because it was leaking and there was 1 broken chair for the the dining table in the bedroom closet and it was replaced during our stay and one of the recliners in the living room didn’t work but the living room furniture could definitely use updating and we had to wash pretty much every dish we used because they were not clean. But the location was great the property was clean and kids lives the pools and we would definitely stay there again and an with a few minor upgrades this condo would be perfect

Great beach getaway

It has been several years since we stayed at Emerald beach. We were pleased to see they had made some updates and improvements like new elevators and a loading/unloading area in the parking deck. This unit was a great choice. It was well cleaned and maintained. The unit was furnished with lots of items in the kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. All appliances and fixtures well very clean. Checkin and out was as easy as could be! The beds were a bit soft for our taste, but I suppose that is just a matter of preference. Our only complaint is that the shower head in the master bedroom has very poor water pressure and needs to be replaced. Over all, a great unit and we would return.

Condo from hell

I will break this into two categories, the unit itself, and the complex. First the complex: Getting to the room on check-in is to say the least a challenge. Park in a parking garage across the street and have to take an elevator in that garage to the third floor then switch to another elevator after walking across the sky bridge. Then you have to find the elevators that go to the towers so three elevators to check in. The fire alarm went off at 4:30am. But only on three floors so it wasn’t loud enough to wake people on other floors. I feel safe. The unit itself: The note when you check in says they have given you a limited supply of toiletries. And really is a limited starter. They really mean it. There’s enough shower stuff to take two showers, toilet paper for two days. Sliding door to the balcony does not close completely and does not lock. A/C will freeze if door is not closed. Door issue solved. ( side with no handle also moves. Someone from maintenance came in to the room without calling beforehand. Apparently closed it and wrote on a piece of painter’s tape, this door moves too. ) Several lights in the rooms are out. Washing machine stinks. Had to rewash everything at home. Dryer was full of sand. Literally had to vacuum it out before we could use it. The TVs have no cable boxes so normal channels don’t really work correctly. Streaming work if you put in your password. Don’t plan on watching TV. WOW cable guy came to room. Turns ou

Enjoyed the condo. Nice location and very appealing. Unfortunately, the hot water heater quit working while we were there. Management company did everything they could to get it going, but being during the weekend, couldn't get an electrician out there. They moved us up one floor to a different condo that had hot water! While it was not convenient having to move, they did their best to help us and that's what mattered to me. I'd go back...as soon as the hot water's back on!

This was a great place to stay. Was able to get in the room early, they had a lot of kitchen supplies which was very helpful when cooking and storing leftovers. This is an end unit so it was also very quiet.

This place was amazing! It offered great views, free beach chairs, close proximity to areas we wanted to visit, clean, comfy beds, and adequate balcony seating. The views from the master bedroom were spectacular. I did not need to communicate with management, thus unable to offer reviews on communication. The checkin process was simple, though initially slightly confusing due to needing to use multiple elevators. The facility offered signs to assist with navigation, though. Once that was figured out, the condominium was easy to navigate. I would absolutely recommend this place to others and can hopefully stay again myself in the future!

Condo was awesome!!!

The condo we stayed in was awesome! It really looked as it did in the pictures! Loved the master bedroom and bathroom! My daughter & I enjoyed a nice bubble bath in that awesome large tub! The view of the beach from the bedroom & balcony was amazing! It's what my husband & I was looking for. Read a few of the other reviews prior to booking about the cleanliness of the room. Though I understand where they were coming from, I always have to put my cleaning touch on any place I stay so it wasn't a big deal. The one thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of the sofa. It was visibly stained all over and I wasn't comfortable with my family sitting directly on it so I covered it with a sheet. Other than that, it was great! The decor and all! Was more than enough space for my family of 4, but as stated, it would have been more than enough space for a family of 8. We'll be back!!!

Unbeatable Views but filthy Condo

The location and Views were 5 Stars! This location had gotten several reviews about the cleanliness recently. We thought the owners would have reacted to those reviews but did nothing. We stayed there at the end of August and the condo was dirty and dingy. Especially all the trash and dust under the beds, mold in the tub area and shower curtain of the second bathroom....gross! If they had a better cleaning service that took their jobs seriously, we would having given this place a 5 star overall rating.

Overall this was a wonderful resort and the room was nice as well. It was very spacious and fits 8 people very comfortably. The balcony is private and spacious. The amenities are perfect for a family traveling with or without children. The elevators were fast and clean. I will say the cleaning crew did not do a great job, there was dust everywhere, especially under the beds and someone left a earpod case on the counter. There was also a bottle of vinegar and margarita mix in the pantry. The dishwasher had rust in the bottom assuming it has not been used in a while and the walls were dirty. However, there were plenty pots and pans for us to cook with. I would recommend adding a spatula, replacing the plastic bowls with speghetti stains with real bowls and changing the refrigerator water filter. I would also recommend changing and/or cleaning the bathroom rugs and sofa as they are very stained. All in all the location and the room were nice and can be even better with some deep cleaning.

Not what we hoped for

Condo itself was great size and comfortable. However was not very clean. Surfaces pretty dusty and floor needed swept. Main issue we had was with the type of people staying there. It is supposed to be family friendly. This is our 3rd year in Panama but 1st year in this condo. The people staying there were hateful to the kids while in the tiki pool. Don't let your kids splash or have any fun because some adult may tell them they are disrespectful.... They were literally just being kids. Parking was a pain the first day as our parking pass did not have the code needed to get in the garage. Thankfully the security helped us after about 40 min trying to figure it out and getting no answer when calling the phone number provided. I think we will stay else where from now on.

Fun in the sun!

My family and I just stayed at Emerald Beach Resort and out of all the resorts we have stayed at up and down PCB this resort by far was the best. The staff were all very friendly, parking garage was roomy and not a headache to get in and out of, the elevators were not bad at all. The room was awesome!!! Very clean and spacious. When we visit again we will for sure see if this property is available.
