The room has a chic and inviting feel, and the panoramic view outside the windows adds a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

When night falls, this is the perfect spot to watch your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen TV.

The open plan of Aqua 1504 means you can prepare a meal in the open kitchen/dining area and keep the conversation flowing. The kitchen is handsomely finished with granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space, has a suite of stainless steel appliances including side-by-side French door refrigerator, microwave, and oven, and comes equipped with everything you need to create your favorite dishes. How many kitchens can boast of their Gulf views? This one can!
Sit down to a meal in the dining area, furnished with an elegant-yet-relaxed dining set with room for 6.

Aqua 1504 sleeps up to 6 guests between its 2 bedrooms and bunk room. The comfortable primary suite features coastal decor and a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and full ensuite bath with tub/shower
combo. The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed and flat-screen, while the 3rd bedroom is the bunk room, which sleeps 2 children. Guests in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms use the separate full bath with double vanity, tub, and shower.

**Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes BEFORE arrival which is $50.00 per vehicle and up to two vehicles allowed per condo. Will email you the site name to pre-register few days before your arrival.

Guests at Aqua 1504 enjoy access to all of the amenities at Aqua Resort, including its luxurious indoor/outdoor pool area with tropical deck, and relaxation pool, a poolside cafe featuring flat-screen TVs and WiFi, a well-appointed fitness center, wine bar, and covered parking garage with elevated walkway access to the resort.
From here, the beach is your playground. Pier Park is within walking distance, at less than a mile away. For the nature lovers in your group, visit nearby Conservation Park for its miles of pristine walking trails. And Panama Beach offers some of the best sand and waves Florida has to offer.

Beautiful condo.

The condo was perfect for our family. Close to Pier Park, which we enjoyed nightly. The beds were extra comfy. We loved the table and chairs on the patio. Elevators were quick. Check-in and parking were easy. We will stay here again if possible.

Wonderful Stay

We spent a long weekend and this condo is exactly as listed in the description. It was within walking distances to lots of bars and restaurants as well as Pier Park. My only complaint would be elevator wait times were long during peek times, especially evenings. Condo was well appointed and resort was great. Easy access to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again.
