All AQUA guests must be preregistered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Biggest problem was the size of the second bedroom
too small. In fact would not choose 508 again due to this fact alone. Ocean view was great. 508 was clean. Did not use pool area. Getting to beach was fairly easy. Need a couple more handicapped parking spaces on 3rd level of garage. Would not hurt if had a loading and unloading space on 3rd level. Had a problem with how to operate heat/cooling system. Maintenance responded very timely. Booking the condo was some what complicated for those of us in our 80’s who are not technically savvy. We

Just Perfect!

My wife and I have been vacationing annually in PCB since 2008 and this condo was by far the best one we have stayed in. We had planned to stay for 10 nights but with only a few to go we reached out to Jill and Melissa at bookbeach and arranged an extra night. They were very helpful and accommodating and we won’t hesitate in using them again in the future.

Loved everything about this property. It was super clean and very nice. Great location and close to so many things. Easy check in progress and great communication with property manager. Condo was not overly crowded like a lot of places. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Great Vacay

This condo is AMAZING!! The pictures don’t do it justice.. it is very stylish and GORGEOUS!! You will be floored at the attention to detail in this CLEAN, CLEAN unit!! We were so happy to stay here!! The only complaint we have and it wasn’t a deal breaker and also at no fault to the rental company or owners is the balconies are not private. We felt like we were in a fish bowl.. BUT having said that my family will most definitely use this company AND this unit for sure!!
