Overall, our trip was great. The property was clean and well kept. The property was quiet and family friendly. The only downside was the splash pad was freezing and our kids could not enjoy it, unfortunately.
Iâm donât like to leave negative reviews especially if itâs something to do with the property and not the owners so weâll start with the property as a whole. 1) The check in process was horrible. No carts anywhere to be found had to carry my bags all the way to the room. 2) Elevators were so overwhelmed it took forever to finally get up to my room. 3) itâs advertised as having an adult pool and hot tub . It had neither!! So you couldnât get in the hot tub cause it was taken over by small children. 4) My mother in law took my daughter to the pool and was just sitting in the chairs watching her swim and a lady who barely spoke English kept yelling at her she didnât have a wristband. The wristbands were made of paper and after 1 swim fell off so you had to go to the front office to get more over and over again wasting the time you have for vacation to ensure you had a band on so some lady doesnât yell at you. Yet explicitly posted no children in the hot tub and nobody said anything to them. My point of your gonna enforce the rules enforce them all or your point is moot! Now on to what the owner can control. 1) basic appliances and cookware were broken (can opener for example) and couldnât even open a can. Glass bowls chipped at the rim that could have caused harm to a child. 2) We found several roaches and roach egg sacks according to google cause Iâm not well versed on roach matter to which I have pictures of. 3) the washer broke on our last night trying to get our laundry washed before going home. The waher locked our clothes in it and no matter what we did would not unlock. Having to leave the next day for our 10 hour drive this was a bit of a problem. So I call the 24/7 # listed on the fridge and nobody answered then I get a text about my call and was told itâs after hours and nobody could help till morning. I expressed I needed to be on the road by 8am and she said she would accommodate that as soon as they open they would get someone out there. At 9:15 am someone finally showed up to pry open the washer and rescue my clothes then continued to push it back in its place and leave. (Hope the next people donât use it). So all in all I had to buy a cart to carry groceries up to the room cause there was no getting a cart, I had to bomb my suitcases and car to ensure I didnât have a roach stow away to take home. And had to pay for an extra day of dog boarding due to being held up so long the morning of our departure. Not as advertised!!!! Good luck!
Beautiful view from the 18th floor to the ocean, my kids enjoyed all the pools and the weather was perfect I will be coming back soon, thanks for everything.
I probably would not stay there again. There was mildew in both bathrooms, the trash can was very dirty, no one even wiped off the top on the inside where it was against food thrown away. yuck! The railings outside and the door leading outside was full of mildew. All the rails were clean but my unit.
