"Salty Mermaids" Condo 1131 is located on the 11th floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot on the 11th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $105 registration fee paid to the resort upon arrival for 2 parking passes & 10 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED! Your reservation comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella from the vendor on the beach for reservations 03/15-10/31. The condo has more beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys inside the condo guests are welcome to use.

The Master Bedroom is its own retreat, with a King bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite full bathroom. The bathroom has a large vanity, and a tub/ shower combination. Use the tub to ease your aching muscles, or the shower to rinse the sand off of your feet before crawling into bed..

The first guest bedroom features a Queen bed, a Smart TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The 2nd Guest Room has a King bed, a Smart TV, and ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo that connects to the rest of the condo. There's also a queen sleeper sofa and full size hideaway bed allowing this condo to sleep 10.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

Yes! This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 ) Is Vendor Beach Service Included? Does the condo have beach chairs, beach towels, or beach toys?
Yes! Vendor Beach Service, which is 2 chairs & an umbrella, is included with your reservation 03/15-10/31. There are additional beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels inside the condo for the guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
