This lovely, romantic, French-Style Home is located in one of Florida’s exclusive communities. Rosemary Beach is known for its pristine coastline and incredible amenities. This property features an optional Carriage House with a full kitchen, eat in area, large bath, TV, king size bed plus 2 twin beds. Entire property is professionally decorated and features high-end furnishings throughout the home. It has a very private lot with an oversized courtyard, fountain and an outdoor shower. A stay at this home includes 4 bikes. Local bike trails can be used for recreation and beautiful paths wind throughout the community.

There are four stunning pools in the community, along with beautiful green spaces. The Sky Pool, which is an enclosed, heated pool, is a short walk away. Two playgrounds will entertain your children for hours and the spa and fitness center are perfect for the adults to keep in shape and then relax with a soothing facial or massage. Walk to shops & restaurants.

Rosemary Beach boasts eight meticulously maintained clay tennis courts, six lit for evening play. Professional tennis instruction is available through the Racquet Club. All amenities are within blocks of the home.

Inspired by the small, waterfront towns of the Caribbean, Rosemary Beach was realized by a skilled group of planners, architects and local craftsmen.

Its neighborhoods form an intricate patchwork: Singular homes, open spaces and intimate courtyards, woven together by lanes, sand paths and boardwalks threading throughout Rosemary Beach. A network of footpaths, boardwalks and secret pathways lead to the town center and beach areas.

Beautiful green parks are nestled throughout the community, carpeted with lush Bermuda grass perfect for lounging and playing in bare feet.

Overall stay was great. It's in walking proximity to everything you could possibly want to do in Rosemary. The home is spacious and lots of parking available if you have various family members staying at the home. With regards the actual home, there is quite a bit of maintenance needed. There were leaky faucets throughout, broken faucet head in kitchen, microwave interior is black from someone overheating food, tile work repair in master bedroom shower, old furniture in master where drawers were broken, guest bedroom on first floor bathroom hardware fell off wall and shower handle also fell off, and bedding that should be replaced with fresh new sets.

We love this house, this community, and this beach! We took our family of 6, plus 1 beloved dog, to Rosemary for the holiday week and it did not disappoint! The house was perfect for us. Kitchen had all the essentials, plus most of the common appliances. House was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfy and the big kitchen table was perfect for game night and dinner in. Questions were answered promptly and when one of the bikes had a flat, they had someone there fixing it within hours! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house and location

Great house and location, very clean, even the outside areas. Bikes were new and nice as well. Full equipped kitchen with everything you can need for cooking family meals. Very friendly hostesses. We enjoyed very much our family vacation!

PERFECT location!

Thank you for having us at your awesome dog friendly home right in the heart of Rosemary Beach! All 4 of us adults and our 2 dogs had plenty of room to spread out - one couple in the downstairs bedroom/en suite bath, the other couple upstairs in the master bedroom/bath. Although the home is not as updated and "fancy" as many other vacation homes in the immediate area (that definitely are NOT dog friendly, and would cost much more to rent), we felt completely at ease with our pets being able to comfortably join us on the long weekend. The furnishings were perfect in our opinion. We also enjoyed riding the bikes provided multiple times all around Rosemary Beach and even over to Alys Beach. Karen was a very responsive host, and kept us in the loop at all times leading up to arrival. And it was a great surprise being able to get into the home a little earlier since our 7 hour drive from Sarasota had surprisingly very little traffic. We look forward to our next visit to 30A, and would not hesitate to stay in this perfect property again :)

Beach trip

We arrived after a 6 hour car ride with my 91 year old mother in law to find that the house was still being cleaned and we weren’t able to get in until 1.5 hours after the stated check in time. The owner did nothing other than apologize (I was hoping for a reimbursement of the cleaning fee as a minimum gesture) The oven also went out during the middle of dinner one night and we had to scramble to figure out how to fix it. 2 out of the 6 bikes advertised were broken and unusable which was disappointing. Otherwise Rosemary is a beautiful beach and the house is as described on the website.

A jewel of a home in a Hallmark town of Rosemary Beach

This home is beautiful! It was fabulous to have our entire family together for Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and comfortable and the decor is stunning. My favorite was the living room where a family of 9 plus pups could sit together. The weather was lovely enough that we dined on the balcony for our Thanksgiving meal. We walked and rode the bicycles into the charming town daily for coffee, ice cream, lunches, and a stunning view of the sunset on the beach. Our last night was topped off by the arrival of Santa and the lighting of the town Christmas Tree. Thank you, Karen Geiger for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to come here again!

Perfect vacation

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Bit of a walk to beach, but we did it with young children, so not that bad. Close to pools, and fitness center. The bikes and chairs on site are perfect and a huge plus. House is clean and has enough space for multiple families. We enjoyed it and are planning our trip back next year.

Our stay in this rental home was amazing! It was the perfect location for us. The house had great amenities such as bikes, chairs, parks, and an amazing pool half a block away. House cleaners were very accommodating and helpful. Owners were quick with responses for us. We will certainly visit again.

Quiet & Peaceful Rosemary Street

Home was very spacious and location was perfect for us. We enjoy taking our bikes to the beach and even rent a bike trailer/tandem to carry all of our beach gear. The street is lined with some of the most gorgeous homes in Rosemary and house has plenty of outdoor space for everyone including the doggies.

Beautiful house in a great location. This rental seemed to cost a little less than others in Rosemary, so you get a decent value for your money and made us more forgiving. Furnishings, mattresses, linens, lighting and kitchen items could all use updating and refreshing. Linens didn’t feel super clean. We stayed with two families and asked for more than one amenity card, we were given three but only one worked. That can be challenging when constantly coming and going from the beach and pool. But overall it was a spacious and comfortable house.

A nice stay

We had a good time staying at this property for a week. Overall the property has some wear and tear on it, but the location is great and we had fun with 13 family members (including kids) staying there. A few complaints: the beds are like rocks - made it hard to feel rested while on vacation. I had to order a mattress pad to use for the rest of the week. There is only 1 hairdryer that we found between the 4 full bathrooms. Also, a few fold-out luggage racks would go a long way in this property, as our bedroom had little to no storage. And only 1 amenity card was provided for us initially, which made it nearly impossible to enjoy the amenities as all 13 of us would have to enter AND exit the beach/pool/whatever at the same time. However, the manager and owner were responsive and helpful on all matters, and were able to provide us with 2 extra cards (for a fee). All bikes worked well (we rented extra bikes with trailers from a spot in town) and the garage provided lots of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, etc. Both grills were used many times.
