Great location! Bed was comfortable. Condo looks like the photos (though the whole building is a bit dated on the outside). A cute new coffee shop is right outside in the shopping area that is great for breakfast (but with very long lines). Only downsides: was woken up around 4am from a siren - you can indeed hear loud road noise like that. The air conditioning is loud but I personally love that! The only major issue was that this listing didn’t mention an amenity charge. It’s optional and you can access one pool without it but to actually use the beach you have to pay a $35 charge for a pass because that’s the only way to get the gate codes. It does come with a set of beach chairs which are great. I just wish this was communicated ahead of time.

We enjoyed the view from this unit and the ease of parking. However, we were unable to access the pool with the code provided. The bed’s fitted sheet kept detaching from the mattress which was dirty. Also, there were not enough blankets for the pull out couch, so we had to use our own beach towels and blankets for cover. The stove burners did not lay flat. The laminate floors are coming apart. The blinds of the front window are ill fitting. The porch was not inviting because the walls of the patio, furniture, and cushions were dirty and moldy. The patio door lock is inoperable, so that is definitely a safety hazard. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. The welcome mat needs cleaning. We were grateful to have had a place to stay at an amazing beach.
