The condo was awesome! We loved the views, layout and cleanliness. Only negative was the building elevators. They kept getting stuck and for most of the stay at least one was being serviced. At one point all three elevators were down. Not ideal when staying on the 23rd floor.

The condo was in good condition and very clean upon arrival. Everything inside the condo was functioning properly. The patio is huge and the view was awesome. Master shower is beautiful. The overall location is very close to Pier Park so traffic wasn’t terrible to get there in the evenings. The building is in need of maintenance. The elevators were broken ALOT. We had to walk up 23 flights of stairs because all three elevators broke on our first day there. One remained completely out of use the entire stay. Many times maintenance crews were there riding the elevators with guests because they just were not functioning well. We were told the whole elevator system needs an overhaul.

My sister and I took our 80 year old mother for a girls weekend and it was glorious! The condo was amazing and the views from the balcony were stunning! The beach loungers and umbrella that were prepaid by the owners made the trip even better! I would love to come again and would highly recommend!

Spring getaway with family.

The unit was excellent and had a few extras that many places don’t have. The furniture and beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and an upgrade from normal furnishings in a condo rental. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would stay here again. The location was excellent and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed everything!

We love 2307!! Stumbled across this gem at the beginning of the summer while looking for a quick weekend getaway and knew it would be our go to place to stay when we are in PCB! Location is great, we love the neighbors, and you just can’t beat the balcony! Renovations are well done - place is super comfortable. Can’t wait to be back again soon!

Condo was beautiful. Spacious and clean. Gorgeous gulf view from balcony. Issues with elevators. Some would get stuck, some dropped during ride. A different one would be shut down each day. Seemed very dangerous. Issues with beach chairs. We’re supposed to be included in our room. We were told unless we came down first thing in the morning and signed a paper to get them we couldn’t have any mid day. Parking also awful. I’d advise to park in overflow with anything mid size or above. We also rented a golf cart and was told we couldn’t bring it on property. So parked it in the overflow lot in our extra parking spot and received a tag.

We had a great stay at Ocean Reef overall! The condo itself was beautiful, recently remodeled, and felt very homey and comfortable. Being on the top floor with the taller ceilings made the space feel much more open than most condos we’ve stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable, every bedroom had a smart TV, and the condo was very clean. The large balcony, beach cart, and included beach chairs were all huge positives as well.The only downside involving the condo itself was that the hot tub was broken the entire time we were there. Management was responsive when I reached out, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time since that was one of the reasons we booked this unit.The biggest issue was unfortunately the beach chair attendant. We reserved our chairs correctly on the first day, but because another employee had apparently done it wrong, we were moved to the back row the next day. Throughout the stay, the attendant was consistently rude and dismissive. On our last day, he told us something closer to the front might open up, but when my mom went down to check, he had her standing there waiting while ignoring her. Since the beach chairs were one of the reasons we booked this condo, it definitely affected our beach experience.I understand the beach service is separate from the condo owners, but since it’s tied to the property amenities, I do think it’s worth addressing. Overall though, the condo itself was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

We've stayed in a lot of condos and this was by far the nicest! We were supplied with everything we needed for the week. Everything in the condo is high-end and new. It is beautifully decorated without being so fancy that we were worried something would get damaged. It is located in the center of all the action. Our week was perfect. The only small complaint we had was the parking garage/spot. It was extremely tight for our car and impossible for our truck. However, there was an overflow lot conveniently located right across the street.
