- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

Great place to stay! The location is excellent and the beach chair service is great. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony and the unit was very clean! Calypso is within walking distance to Pier Park and lots of dining options. The unit owners had great communication and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

The location is fantastic and is just steps from everything. The condo was clean, spacious, and the balcony was such a great bonus. Communication with the host was excellent!!! She responded quickly and answered all my questions. I would absolutely stay here again if it’s available!

Overall a pretty good stay.We were very disappointed with the seaweed situation at the beach. The condo was clean and the major appliances were pretty new. The old toaster oven could stand an upgrade, maybe just go with a toaster. The pillows on the bed were too small, need to be king size to go with the bed. And the living room TV was too small, hard to view from the couch.The AC worked great and the water pressure was good.The view from the balcony of the 4th of July fireworks on the pier was amazing!

Great Stay Overall

We had an almost perfect stay at this property. Great location, great condo and very relaxing. The only issue was the AC going out. It was actually out for the whole building. It was out for about two days. Not the end of the world but not fun either. However, the mgmt company was kind enough to comp us a night for our troubles. They didnt have to do this (AC going out was a random event) but they were very kind to offer it to us. This is a great unit to rent (right next to elevator but not noisy). Also consider any properties offered by Premium Beach Condos. They are very good at communication and offering advice/deals on outings.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. We loved the large balcony off the den and bedroom. It was nicely furnished and in a great location. The property managers were very helpful and kept in touch. Would stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay.

Overall, my husband and I had a great experience at this property. The communication was clear and very helpful. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was beautiful with the heated pool.We stayed in February, so it was a little cooler. The bar downstairs was not open, and beach chairs were not on the beach yet. That starts in March. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Great Vibes- Outstanding view

We really had a great stay at the Calypso and at this specific condo. It was SUPER clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Excellent communication from owner of property about condo specifics/check in/check out. Property was user friendly and we never waited long for an elevator. Proximity to Pier Park was nice. Only complaint would be that the living room furniture could be updated - reclining chair not so comfortable and some buttons didn't work. Would definitely book again.

Awesome Fall Get Away

We had a wonderful time. Water was a bit chilly but the weather was perfect. Even with Bike week going on, the lines for dinner weren’t bad nor was the beach crowded. The Unit is exactly what you need for 2 adults and possibly a kid or two. Walking distance to plenty of food and Pier Park. We would definitely stay again.

Paradise!

Absolutely loved this little room! It met all our expectations! This was our first time here and will be for sure booking again! Very comfortable and had all the supplies we could ever need or have! Only hassle a few times was waiting on the elevator but it was only at busy times! WE LOVED IT over all! We will be back!

Horrible, dishes, couch,chair,mattress worse then any in trift store. Unbelivable.

Dishes in the kitchen looks like they picked up on side of the street. Couch, chair you can not seat probably if they went to the thrift store they should find better. Mattress you can not sleep so bad that you can not roll over. My husband got back pain from it. Very expensive apartment and no rest at all. Shame. I have been in Calypso for the last 10 years and never seen anything like this. Shame
