Experience Leo’s Hideaway, a dog-friendly beach retreat in Laguna Beach, FL (Panama City Beach) with a Private pool (with option to heat), Screened porch and large, Fenced yard, with gulf and lake views.
 
This is truly a family retreat where you can be steps from the action, but also feel completely insulated with your own travel group. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage is very private. Leo’s Hideaway is tucked away at the end of a long palm tree-lined driveway. Relax on the large screened-in porch overlooking your private pool, fenced back yard and Lake Pierna. Listen to the waves as you have coffee in the morning or watching the sunset. There are also Gulf views from the porch!

Once inside the property, everyone will immediately find their own space and make themselves at home. It’s easy to settle in, with everything at your fingertips in this open floor plan. Choose between a king bedroom with a dedicated full bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, or a cool hidden bunk room in the hallway with a set of twin-over-twin bunks! There is an additional full bathroom accessible to the other bedrooms.

Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, FL in Laguna Beach, this beach cottage is proof that location means everything! 0.1 mile to the Gorgeous emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, 0.2 mile to Carousel Supermarket and 0.2 mile to Thomas’ Donuts!

The living area is equipped with comfortable loungers and sofa, along with a 55” Smart TV. The living area leads out to the screened-in porch, which has more comfortable furniture and a dining table for four. The fully-equipped kitchen, which is completely open to the living area, has an island with 4 bar stools, so the whole gang can hang out while preparing snacks for the beach or dinner for the family.  

Leo’s Hideaway is also just 3.8 miles to Pier Park, with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, 4 miles to Publix or Winn-Dixie, and 7 miles to Rosemary Beach, FL. This was a great place for my family to stay with our two dogs. They are large German shorthaired pointers and we’re allowed to stay at this house. There is a giant backyard for them to play in a beautiful swimming pool. The only thing negative I can say about this property is that the living room is rather small. The check-in and checkout process were very easy, and the benchmark partners were very communicative before and after my stay.

Hidden Gem in Laguna Beach

This house is amazing!! We loved our stay at Leo's Hideaway. The pool is awesome, with very nice chairs and pool toys, and the yard is huge with a great fire pit and chairs. The beach is so close to the house, and the road you cross to get to the beach was easy to cross. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with clear water and white sand, and we didn't find it to be too busy as it is located a good distance away from all the big hotels. The location is great, being steps to the beach, donut shop, and small grocery store and liquor store which both had surprisingly good prices. We loved so many things about this house, other than the fantastic location. The grill was very large and had 2 propane tanks. The screened in porch was such a nice area to sit and have dinner. The beds were super comfy, and the bunkbeds were great for the kids. The house was equipped with SO MANY towels, and had a good variety of kitchen items. The beach cart, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs were great quality and in excellent condition. We did have an issue with the dryer, but the property management team responded to us right away, and sent someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. We loved our stay at Leo's Hideaway, and would definitely return in the future. What a fantastic property!

Leo's Hideaway

Leo's Hideaway has everything that we wanted in a beach house! It was close to the beach and the Carousel Grocery Store. It was very comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The beds were great. The beach house was very quiet and had a great screened in porch to listen to the ocean and watch the beautiful sunsets. Our furbabies loved the fenced in yard. We would definitely rent Leo's Hideaway again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Great Location, Cozy Cottage

Took my family to Leo’s hideaway for Labor Day weekend and it was an amazing experience. The property management group was very responsive when I elected to have the pool heated the day of check-in. The property was clean and in close proximity to the beach. The pool was really nice and the house is close to several restaurants. It is also minutes away, which made it really convenient.

The rental far surpassed my expectations. Every aspect was perfect. Seamless checkin and communication. The house was perfect for our needs and preferences. Perfect Spot

The house was even better than the pictures. It was spotless clean, the perfect size, and the back porch, pool, and fire pit were perfect for finishing out the day after the beach. The area is quiet and low-key. The beach is not crowded at all. The house had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon for easy walk to the beach. The grocery store around the corner had anything you might have forgotten. Plus donuts were around the other corner. Will definitely keep this one on our short list.

Perfect Getaway!

Leo’s Hideaway is the BEST place we’ve ever stayed. The house was very clean (seriously, not even dust on the blinds!). The private yard, pool, grill, and screened in porch are perfect for gathering and relaxing! The home is fully equipped, has plenty of bedrooms, and the amenities of a full size washer and dryer is all you need! The beach is very close and easily accessible. You’re tucked away just enough for privacy but so close to everything! We will definitely be coming back!

Great little Hideaway in a great location

The house was perfectly located near the beach by about a 2 min walk from the beach. It is tucked back where you enjoy privacy with a great pool and fenced in backyard for our dog. A nice screened in porch good for eating or just relaxing. The house was very clean. This is a great little spot and we will be staying here again.

Laguna Beach Paradise

Perfect bests describes our stay so much we booked again for next year for an additional week. Hosts and staff were excellent in responding to all our questions promptly. Amenities, location, and housing was one of the overall better stays we’ve been to. Beach was in our sights and was less than a city block for easy access. We so hated to leave but we were blessed to have stayed. Thanks to the owners for a little slice of paradise.

Very nice little spot- really close to the beach and can easily walk to the beach, over to the supermarket or the donut shop. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool, of course. Easy communication. I would rent again.

We loved Leo's Hideaway

This was the perfect rental for our family vacation. The house has a great layout and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and coming back to swim in the pool. Outside shower was definitely a plus! Walking distance to the Carousel grocery store and Thomas Doughnuts. Overall we loved it and are already talking about booking it again!!! *The only suggestions we would make is the back screen door could use a new handle. It wouldn't stay closed with the breeze so we had to use a rock as a doorstop so the pups wouldn't get out. Another suggestion is maybe some lattice under the pool deck to help secure the area from rental dogs going under there. Both very minor concerns but worth mentioning - still wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

Fun Family Vacation

My mother, her Yorkie, and my two daughters (7 and 4) took a girls trip to Leo’s Hideaway! There was plenty of space for the four of us. The girls loved the bunk bed room. I also appreciated that the bunks and the master were on a different side of the house then my mom’s room. It gave us privacy and we did not disturb each other in the morning. The pool was SO nice to have for the girls. It isn’t very big but for their size, it was perfect. The beach would wear them out quickly and this was a great way to keep them entertained while the adults were able to chat and relax. The girls would jump in the pool first thing every morning. It was a quick walk to the beach. The beach chairs and wagon that were provided were great. We also used the outdoor shower every day we came back from the beach. We also took advantage of the quick walk to the Carousel market and Thomas’s Donuts.

Leo’s hideaway was just what we needed after this last crazy pandemic year. Location is stellar, far enough away from the PCB crowds, central to exploring 30A, several great state and other park in the vicinity, a 2 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, close to Carousel market and Thomas donuts. The dogs loved the large fenced yard and hanging out on the pool deck. The house is equipped with most things that you will need, beds are comfy, inside, while sparse in decor (eg, no couch pillows, no games or books to use, etc) due to Covid, was clean and comfortable. Porch needs some cleaning and organizing and there were a few other minor repairs, cleaning needs and other updates which were shared as suggestions to the property manager, who I have no doubt will follow up. Booking and trip related questions were promptly answered by the helpful property managers. We would return, we enjoyed our 2 weeks at Leo’s!

Great house FANTASTIC location!!!

This house is close to everything and yet you have tons of privacy. It is within walking distance to both the Carousel Market and Thomas’ Donuts. The beach is just across Front Beach Rd, and BONUS...you can see the ocean from the back deck! The view of the sunsets is exquisite! There are two wagons, lots of floats, and even a cooler on wheels! No need to pack these items 😃 The house was clean and spacious. Our grandson LOVED the bunk room! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for a great vacation!

Cute but smells

this is a cute house we loved it but it stinks like wet dog, the property is ANIMAL FRIENDLY so don't get me wrong, we knew that going in, but the couch stinks very bad and will leave you wearing pet hair. The carpet even smells like wet dog. More cleaning needs to be done to cover the pet hair and the nasty smell. I have learned my lesson and will never take the chance on getting a house that is pet friendly.
