Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Wonderful Views!!

Property was just like the pictures. Balcony was our favorite part of the property. We had a little hiccup when we first arrived to get into the condo, but was able to communicate right away with the property manager and the problem was solved right away. Would suggest a few baking dishes/cookie sheets/ pizza pan. Overall would stay again.

I highly recommend this condo. Kim’s Condos was the best I have rented from in PCB. Could not ask for any better service and Kim was very prompt to respond to any issues. She had the washer/dryer replaced the week we were there. This unit has everything you need and was the cleanest and best kept condo I have stayed in. Excellent view from the 11th floor. Thanks Kim’s Condos, I will definitely be renting this condo from you next year!

Incredible Views and Location!

This condo had an incredible view and is a great location. Being on the 11th floor gave us breath taking views all weekend long. The condo was perfect for our family of 8 and had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking meals in the condo super easy. The location was the best, we were close to everything. We even walked down to a local restaurant one night for dinner. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit for the kids! We are looking forward to returning!

Everything we needed Keurig, blender, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheet. Beds were comfortable. Elevators were fast. Beach chairs and umbrella were great. I agree with a previous review that more towels and wash cloths are needed. We had 5 in our group and didn't want to have to wash everyday so we brought our own after reading the review. Overall a great stay and beautiful unit.

Perfect location and accommodations. Only thing I did not like was security at the pool does not allow anything to drink within 4 feet of the pool and states it is a FL law which not intrude! They harass the guest constantly, even a bottle of water is not allowed.

We go to Panama City every October and typically stay next door at the Shores. This was our first time trying Long Beach and fell in love!! Our condo was immaculately clean and convenience was key!!!View was amazing from the 11th floor. Parking was great, the elevator was great!! Not alot of walking at all. The pool is beautiful and big enough for everyone to have their own space and privacy with the beautiful palm tree areas! Hope all is well after Michael. This is our home away from home and can't wait to be back next October to help keep the economy of this beautiful place going!. Thoughts and prayers to the owners and citizens. We hope to see you soon.

Excellent condo, great 11th floor views

We have rented from Kim's Condos several times over the years, but this particular condo at Long Beach Resort, Tower 3, #1103 was hands down the best! Comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed for an entire week's stay. Great views from every room and an awesome balcony that we enjoyed every morning and evening. We especially enjoyed the double chaise! A set of beach chairs is included in the rental fee, which was an unexpected bonus and very appreciated. NO problems or complaints whatsoever....truly a home away from home! Can't wait to come back next year. When we do, we will request the same unit. Thank you Kim's Condos!
