This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located at 230 Saint Katherine Boulevard in the popular resort community of Gulf Highlands, and just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands boasts 65 acres and offers guests tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, a mini putt-putt course, gym, 11 pools (5 heated, 1 beachfront), deeded beach access, and more! And the best part? You have 2 of your own dedicated parking spaces and no elevator! Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to several popular restaurants and attractions.

This particular 2 level townhome is quite spacious, with almost 1400 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and is open concept with the dining and living areas. The living room offers guests ample, comfortable seating, a pull-out sofa, and a door leading out to the private patio overlooking the fenced, heated swimming pool. A half bathroom is also located downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, both with King sized beds, flat screen televisions, and their own full bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a new trundle bed for additional seating or space to sleep. The washer and dryer is located upstairs as well. This unit comfortably sleeps 6.

Great location

Would definitely stay in this condo again. It had everything we needed and the pool right out back was perfect. The exit was right beside our building as well and only a 5 min walk to access the beach. We had great communication with the manager as well.

Great for what we needed

We extended our vacation and this was great to bridge the gap for our other condo. My only complaint is this place could definitely use a pretty good deep clean. Otherwise everything was great!

We’ve stayed at several Gulf Highland condos and this by far is my favorite! Property was just as described in the listing. The walk to the beach access was a very short walk - maybe two blocks - no complaints from the kid! The master bedroom was huge and the extra bed was a plus! Pool was directly in the backyard! Kitchen was fully stocked - so much cabinet and counter space. Had access to cleaning supplies (iykyk) to keep the sand cleaned up! Overall great house!

Overall great, but had some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit in general was comfortable for two couples and two toddlers. The kind bed in the guest bedroom was two smaller beds pushed together, and the bed slats broke leaving our friends having to sleep on an uncomfortable bed that was sloping downward. The tv in the master bedroom was unplugged completely with wires hanging so that tv was not used at all which was frustrating. The water went out in the entire complex for a little under an hour, but happened to go out while low both showers were being used plus the washing machine. Very frustrating. We saw one big bug in the kitchen, but understand that’s not always avoidable. The location to the beach was great, and the space was great for how many of us were there. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. The townhouse overall was enough to provide a great stay at the beach, but could use some upkeep.
