This Rosemary Beach Carriage House Is Steps To The Beach And Around The Corner From The Center Of Town. It Is Perfect For A Couples Getaway Or A Family Vacation Of Four. Professionally Decorated With Custom Furnishing And A Modern Updated Kitchen With Stainless Appliances, Makes This Open Floor Plan Truly Unique.
The Living Space Allows For Comfortable Seating And The Large Screen TV Is Perfect For Watching Your Favorite Movie Or Sporting Event.
There Are Two Separate Sleeping Areas, The Loft Area With A Queen Size Bed Is Semi Private And Very Relaxing. The Other Queen Bed Is Part Of The Studio Concept On The First Floor With Plenty Of Hanging Space.

Host was great and responded to most of my concerns. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, laundry. The available bikes are for the standard person, not for short people. I couldn't touch the ground while sitting on bike seat. Just one small suggestion. It would be nice to have a closet rod to hang clothes instead of the over the door hanger. Other than that, all was fantastic!

Had a fantastic stay at this carriage house. The location couldn't be better for Rosemary Beach in terms of proximity to the town center, beach, and a pool nearby. Alys Beach and Seacrest are only a short walk away as well. The one issue we had during our stay was addressed immediately. Would absolutely stay at again - thank you!

We had a delightful stay in this charming carriage house apartment. We have visited Rosemary previously, but it was our first time staying in the neighborhood. A couple of strong positives about this property is that it was detached from the main residence, assuring privacy, and quiet. And, having a small outdoor seating area was another positive as that gave us a place outside to sit in the evening with friends. The location is stellar and we were able to easily walk into the square for dinner as well as the beach. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the property and used them daily. The bed was very comfortable, and the pictures accurately displayed the interior. Cheryl was lovely to work with, responding to all inquiries promptly. We would definitely stay in this property again.

We had a fantastic stay at this little cottage. So close to everything in Rosemary Beach. Walkable! Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we could need or want. It does require a key card to get on AND off the beach, which was a small challenge and we had reserved beach chairs for our check out day, and had to work out how to get access to the beach after checking out. Property manager was prompt with ideas and assistance. We will be back. Just delightful.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon. It was great, plenty of room and very clean! It was close enough to walk to everything, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc, even at 31 weeks pregnant!
