Newly remodeled Two bedroom two bath apartment on a large property within walking distance to the beach (4 minutes walk) ,neighborhood grocery store ,donuts shop and Pier Park a five minute drive to movie theaters, restaurants, entertainment specialty shops. Pier Park has many other attractions and events all centralized in this area including parades, fireworks and festivals . The dedicated beach with no condos or other building is a beautiful natural beach perfect for an all day outgoing in the sugar white sand. Carousel supermarket down the street has an extensive wine selection as well all the food supplies needed for your vacation. You could literally spend you entire vacation without a car with everything within walking distance or trolley to other main attractions. This cottage is a Smoke Free environment.

Great Family Location

This was a great place to stay. More in the older original part of PCB, which made it more quiet and peaceful, but still merely a couple minute drive to Pier Park (which our 17 and 11yr olds loved) loved the convenience of the grocery store at the end of the street and most definitely loved that Thomas’s Donuts was there too.. YUMMY! We walked to the beach within 4 mins and our feet were in the sand. I am definitely more accustomed to the condo style completely beach front, but this was very nice and you can not beat the price!! If you’re family is a true beach lover like mine, then you will love this! But, if you’re kids or yourself is more of a “go to the beach for an hour then the hit the pool” type of person, this is not for you, as there is no pool. For us, this was no biggie, we can get in the pool at home daily, we spend our time at the beach and then to dinner at dark. They also have fruit trees on premises. That was a nice touch as well. Very roomy and top notch style. We will return yearly to this destination!

Pretty good stay

Air conditioning did not work well, Hot water handle did not work well in small bathroom, sink in small bathroom way too small, batteries in front door had to be replaced, sink in kitchen had water leak in faucet handle.

Stay at Toledo Place

We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. It was nice, clean, neighborhood friendly, and close to the beach. The only thing is that we had to clean the vent because air wasn’t coming out well so it wasn’t as cool as we’d hoped it would be, and even after we cleaned it still wasn’t as cool. One of the showers kept messing up and needed to be fixed to use. Otherwise it was very nice and we would definitely come back. It just needs a few little fixes to make me even better. 😊

Not our favorite stay

The house is as described in the listing and is in a great spot on Laguna Beach. We had neighbors in the units that connected this one but never heard them, so it was nice and quiet. Unfortunately, we arrived to a very dirty house (toilets not clean, floors unswept/not mopped, kitchen surfaces not cleaned) so our first hour was spent cleaning. We were able to send the property owner pictures and I’m sure they are working to resolve that with the housekeepers. The A/C unit for the living room and kitchen was also broken and they were unable to get it repaired in the 4 nights we stayed there.

Wonderful location

Great Place to Stay

Great location, house was clean and very nice. Great communication from owners. It is "technically" walking distance to the beach but the traffic makes it a little crazy if you have little ones and taking chairs or supplies. But overall great house and would stay again.

A little piece of Heaven

From the booking to the check out, very smooth process. The place is very convenient and within walking distance to the beach, the Carousel, and Thomas donuts !! You can tell the inside has been recently updated. Very nice inside. Slept 6 of us with plenty of room. The owners are extremely nice and very accommodating. We Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place to stay!

The place was clean and was perfect for the week. The beach was easy walking distance and with a car we had the ability to do many activities in Panama City Beach and Pier Park. My only complaint was the "master" bedrooms shower never got warm. The sinks and the other bathroom had warm water. A bonus was the rack of K-cups and the kitchen space with dishes available. One thing I was worried about was the fact that it was a shared place. While we were there we never heard or saw anyone else. Also being in unit number 1 we had easy parking for at least 3 cars and easy access from the street to the front door. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place close to the beach.

PCB/LAGUNA BEACH STAY

This house is in a quiet nice neighborhood with easy access to the beach and the hwy. Restaurants aren't far, grocery at the end of the street. Would like to rent again in the future.
