This is my personal vacation home, so I have it fully stocked and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment. Just bring your clothes, food and beach towels.

I trust you will enjoy this home and treat it with respect so we all may enjoy it for years to come.

This totally non smoking and no pet unit is sure to please. Freshly painted with new linens and updated decor. Entry is by personalized code, so no worry about fumbling for keys. This unit sleeps 6. It is a 1ST floor 1 bedroom 2 bath unit with a king bed and en suite bath in the master, hall bunks , 2nd hall bath, brand new queen sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress and a twin ottoman bed in the bedroom that could be moved anywhere. There is a brand new full size washer/dryer. All bedding including blankets and comforters washed in hot water after every guest. All surfaces sanitized. No waiting on elevators here! Go out your sliding glass door and you are on the pool deck and the beach. Perfect for families who want to lay their little ones down for a nap and still enjoy the pool. Come inside to prepare lunch, watch your children at the pool, and serve them poolside on your balcony. Open floor plan with beautiful gulf views. Unit comes with starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also fully stocked with garbage bags, laundry, dish and dishwasher detergent. Coffee and filters also provided to make your first morning here less stressful. Located next door to Schooners and 1 mile to St. Andrews State Park. It is a perfect and quiet location, off Thomas Dr. No road noise here. The unit is equipped with black out curtains in the living room and bedroom so late sleepers won’t be disturbed, There is a fully stocked kitchen for those nights when you want to eat in. In addition to the 2 pools, one of which is heated, there is a hot tub, covered parking on the premises, and 24 hour security. There is a pack n play for the little one.

Please note, that I do restock when I come to check on my unit but there is no guarantee that beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are in tip top shape. I leave them there for you to use but saltwater is caustic and they have to be replaced several times each year. I do my best to keep up with them but saltwater does cause rust.

People always inquire about outside noise. When the sliding doors are closed, there is no noise. That is what makes this ground floor unit so perfect.

This is a no pet complex and a non smoking unit. No smoking is allowed on the pool deck. Maintenance issues do arise from time to time. These issues are beyond our control. Maintenance is on staff to change air filters and light bulbs and there is monthly pest control. We do our best to not inconvenience anyone. Having Maintenance keeps our property in tip top shape.

Minimum age to rent 25.

Full refund if canceled by the following: 30 day cancellation policy April through December and 60 day cancellation policy January through March

Deposit forfeited and eviction for failure to obey condo rules.

More new updates include 55 inch Roku smart TV in the living room and a 42 inch Roku smart tv in the bedroom, new microwave, new dishwasher, and new refrigerator, new recliner and dinette.

Gorgeous ground level view & access. Cute setup & decor. Perfect size. Hsd everything we needed and more. Host was great with communication and very clear, which made check-in & our stay seamless. Very clean & well kept. Updated. No issues or complaints. Residence was relatively quiet. Occasionally heard people coming into other units but hesrd nothing from the pool area when the sliding doors were closed. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Spring Break Re-Fresh

The condo was in great shape and just as described in the listing. Even though we traveled during spring break for students the condo facility and neighboring condos and homes were not crazy at all. Because it was still very cool to be in a pool I really enjoyed that there weren't any people using the unheated pool directly out the balcony doors to the condo. It made it feel even more secluded than it was.

Beautiful condo! Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Blackout curtains a plus for sleeping in. Pool just outside your door with beach access a few steps away. Perfectly decorated and extraordinarily clean condo with everything you need to feel like home. Great location!! Gorgeous Views

My husband and I both enjoyed staying at this cozy and comfy unit for the month of March. The condo was clean, well-equipped and pleasantly decorated. We especially appreciated the convenience of being on the first floor when our daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren visited for four days. The kids were excited about the bunk beds and the adults were comfortable with sleeping arrangements in the main room. Also, the gorgeous view of the pool and beach from the living room and deck was something we enjoyed everyday. And we loved the sunsets! Seychelles is a lovely place with many amenities and friendly guests.

Perfect location

My husband and I took our son to Panama City Beach to celebrate his 14th birthday! We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was so convenient! Just steps away from the beach! We’d go swim in the ocean in the morning and come back to the condo in the afternoon. The pools were right outside our condo-which made it so nice! The condo was very clean and well kept. Check in was so simple! We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Unit 108

Beautiful condo. Well maintained. Great location with easy access to both the pool and the beach! The included beach chairs and toys were a plus! Even though we didn’t cook (I cook nightly at home and refused to do so on vacation) the kitchen looked to be stocked so that you could make any dish you may want. The only downside, which does not affect my review, is the king size bed was a little more firm than what I typically go for. However, I know this is going to be a personal choice from person to person. There were extra linens and blankets available for those of us who were easily chilled. Definitely will be booking this unit again! I loved it, husband loved it and of course the kids loved it (and the pool)!
