This one-of-a-kind new construction home was designed with exemplary architectural styling by Christ Stoyles at Archiscapes with interiors curated by Cronk Duch out of West Palm Beach, and is situated on 50 feet of premium Gulf-frontage on the beach, adjacent to Alys Beach, in the heart of eastern Highway 30A. This sprawling compound features top-of-the-line finishes throughout, including an impressive four-story vertical footprint maximizing unparalleled Gulf views from almost every room in the home, as well as a resort-style Gulf-front pool perched at over 30 feet above sea level, offering optimal privacy and serenity while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico's Emerald waters.
Notable features abound around every turn and include multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, balconies on every level, lush contemporary private courtyard and adjoining 2nd story carriage house above which features a home theater room and an additional separate King guest suite with en suite bathroom, game room with poker table, full refrigerator, microwave, sink, and washer/dryer.
The first floor greets you with Spanish limestone tile flooring that continues out onto the pool deck, 12' ceilings with reclaimed wood beams, and stunning Gulf views. The first floor also has a shiplap-covered bunk room (8 Twin beds each with their own TVs) with en-suite bathroom, a King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a half bathroom, and a STUNNING entertaining space comprised of a wet bar with waterfall countertop, a suspended glass-encased wine cellar with hand-laid brick floors, and an adjacent living room with pool table and comfortable chairs with 85" TV framed by floor to ceiling glass windows that step out to the private resort-style pool and hot tub with endless views of the Gulf. On the pool deck, there is also a gorgeous built-in outdoor kitchen with huge gas grill, sink and TV above, accented with granite counters and backsplash slabs that go to the ceiling.
From the pool area there are private stairs that lead down to the beautiful beaches of 30A, 50 feet of which is deeded private access for this home.
The stairs and second floor are covered in stunning French Oak. The open-concept chef's kitchen is beautifully designed with a custom hood vent, massive island with barstool seating (4), gorgeous marble counters, 48" Miele gas range and built-in Miele refrigeration system, 2 dishwashers, as well as a separate butler's pantry room with ample storage & additional appliances including another oven, microwave and sink.
The kitchen opens into the main living room with a large gas fireplace, a massive live wood dining room table that seats 12, and opens onto another expansive balcony. The balconies and exterior decking are done in Ipe Brazilian hardwood. Down the hall past the kitchen, you will find another half bathroom, another two additional King guest suites with private bathrooms, and a door that opens to the suspended exterior walkway to the carriage house entrance, lined with glass railings.
The carriage house has a home theater room with a large leather sectional couch, another built-in wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, a poker table, another King guest suite with a beautiful en-suite bathroom, and a washer/dryer.
Advancing to the third floor, you will find one of the main master suites, with a King bed, enormous private balcony, walk-in closet with built-in cabinetry, massive en-suite bathroom covered in marble with a floating soaker tub, huge glass shower, and views for days! There is another living space with TV on the third floor with another built in wet bar with waterfall counter + sectional couch, in addition to a full size laundry room, and two more guest suites with en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a shower/tub combination) - one with a King size bed and one with two Queen size beds. There is also a second bunk room on this floor with one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks.
On the fourth floor you will find another beautiful living area with a seating area and TV, built-in wet bar, waterfall countertops, and vaulted ceilings. There is the final King guest suite that opens onto a private balcony and a large bathroom with double sinks and glass shower that also opens onto another private balcony. The views will blow you away!

Other things to note -The elevator in the property is not for guest use. -Weddings and other similar events may be allowed at this home for an additional event fee; please inquire for more details. Events without approval by the manager are not allowed, and violation of this and any other home rule may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to community and management fines. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Family Trip
The place was beautiful! We loved the area! So much do whether you leave for the day or just hang out at the house, by the pool or on the beach! There were numerous lights out however even main ones for bathrooms. The pool security door took time to get used to. It is a main door that is used often when you use the pool or go by the beach. I feel like the custumer should have an iption to disarm it. I understand it is a safety issue but still. There are a lot of things in the house alone that the guest members do not get to use, certain kitchen accessories, elevator,garage,areas of home There are a lot of rules to follow too. Loved the place overall though. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Family Spring Break
This property was just as described. We had a group of 24 ages 75 to almost 2 and everyone was comfortable in the home. There were plenty of bathrooms with all the en suite rooms and the half baths. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We all could have just sat outside in the pool or on the beach the entire time enjoying the house! The one thing I would recommend is having a few more dishtowels and bath towels in the bathrooms. The master only had two towels and there was only one dishrag in the kitchen. I would also recommend having a few leftover spices/cooking items in a cupboard. Other VRBO houses I have rented have had things left over from previous renters or the owner, but this property made sure you threw everything out when you left. It made it so there was waste when you need a little bit of cooking spray or maybe any spice besides salt and pepper. But those are very tiny things to say when the house is gorgeous and perfect for a group!

Lived up to the hype
We have rented many high end properties over the years.On 30A and else where. This house absolutely delivered what they said it would. Very modern with super open rooms.We brought a chef and the kitchen is set up beautifully with more than one oven, ice machine, multiple coffee makers etc… The outdoor balconies are great, not only in size, but comfortable furniture. Pool area has a box full of beach and pool toys and floaty things for kids… Really no need to bring your own. Outdoor is amazing with plenty of hot water… outdoor grill area is rockstar as well. Pool table is legit size and played very level..Sticks were quality and they had chaulk!
Pool and hot tub were not heating on day 1 and the main brain on the system had fried..by the next day it was back up and running… kudos to their maintenance guys. Washer and dryer setup was great and yes they did have soap pods. 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella was set up each morning in front of the house on the beach.
Only knock on the place…..
Obviously in prime season 8k a night is heavy but i will say it delivered a setup unmatched for a large group.
Location is really great beach wise but id say food is a bit tough restaurant wise, and I would encourage you to bring all food in the house if possible.
Elevator looks beautiful but the owner DOES NOT want anyone using it so do not plan on that. If you have old family that cannot walk up several flights of stairs.. there are many choices of bedrooms that would allow less climbing.

This property is amazing! The house was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The kitchen was incredibly equipped with top of the line appliances and plenty of dishes and utensils. We loved the bikes and they had plenty of beach chairs and towels. The location was perfect, close to everything. with the beach at your back door. The management team were very responsive to our every need from when we booked until the day we left. I can't wait to come back next year!
