There is a new queen size sleeper sofa with a mattress and 2 swivel rocking recliners for comfort in the living room. The luxurious master bedroom suite upstairs has its own private balcony overlooking the Carillon and gulf with the sounds of waves at night. It has a queen size bed with en suite bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 built in twin beds a d new queen size bed with windows overlooking the gulf and a bathroom down hallway. Three HD LED tvs are located throughout as well as free wi-fi. Five minutes to the west is scenic Hwy 30-a with Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolors, and Grayton Beach. Traveling 10 minutes to the east you will find the popular Pier Park mall and restaurant complex. And for the more enthusiastic shopper Sandestin and Silver Sands outlet mall in Destin is only 25 miles away. Come breathe in the fresh gulf air, look at the beautiful emerald waters, and take a walk on the beach feeling the sand between your toes. Enjoy life!
