**Regency Towers charges a $40 fee upon check-in at registration. **This will provide you with 1 parking pass and wristbands for your guest. You may purchase additional parking passes for $15 each. The passes will be issued by the security gate.


*Each renter will be issued TWO parking passes maximum for one or two-bedroom units and 3 or 4-bedroom units receiving 3 maximums. When we reach 70% (+) occupancy, then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of the condo. All additional vehicles will be charged $40 per vehicle, Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash, and will receive an OVERFLOW parking pass and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be visible at all times. *
