For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Beautiful Condo and Location

Beautiful remodeled condo. Love the large table that everyone can sit together for a meal. Door separating living area from bedrooms which is nice with small children or privacy for those sleeping. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. Perfect location - next to the pool - close to the stairs to the beach and a great grass area for the kids to run and play in. Convenient to parking also. Highly recommend!

No TV or Internet

Advertised with high speed internet and cable. Neither functioning upon arrival. Spent a half day waiting for the Benchmark Property Mgmt tech to try to fix something he knew the cable company would have to fix, only to be unable to resolve. Inflexible, unaccommodating management company couldn't have cared less we both had to work remotely and spent 2/4 days at Starbucks working as a result. Refused to offer even a breadcrumb of a discount for our troubles. Horrible.

Wonderful location and nice property
.needs some upgrades.

We rented this location for two weeks. Excellent location and couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Very nice and convenient pool, and great for kiddies. Comfortable condo and ideal for families; however, I’ve stayed in other condos in this dry same development, and this one needs a facelift and many upgrades for sure. It’s decorated like the Roper’s apartment in “Three’s Company,” - 70s. Just needs an overhaul. Needs pot holders, kitchen just isn’t well stocked, and we found bugs and a few roaches in the bedrooms. Bedding/covers looked 10 years old

.I’m more happy to pay the price (or more) and loved the location

Best deal on 30A

I hesitate to write this review, because honestly, we love this place so much we want to keep it all to ourselves. But in fairness to everyone else, I'll be honest. You will not find a better deal, a better place on all of 30A. The property is nice and well kept, family oriented, and not crowded. Only a small fraction of the owners of Sand Cliffs rent theirs out. What that means to you is: fewer people on your beach and at the pool, and you're surrounded by people who care about the property and are more like "locals" since they've been coming here for decades. Sand Cliffs is RIGHT NEXT to Alys Beach, perhaps the most exclusive neighborhood on 30A.You get to be there without the high price, plus Sand Cliffs is ON THE BEACH. You can't get beachfront property, in a nice gated unit, close to everything, with a huge yard, with a pool, and without a crowded beach, on 30A, unless you pay a fortune. We've looked. And this condo is the perfect location in the unit. It's the closest to the beach. Walk out your sliding door in the morning and you're looking at the waves. Watch the sun go down in big Adirondack chairs right outside your door. It's awesome. I want to go back now. Ok, I hope this place doesn't get so popular from my review that I can't get a booking next year. :)
