Ready for a magical sunny escape along noteworthy Hwy 30A in South Walton? Find your place in the Florida sunshine at High Pointe Resort, a private gated family-friendly resort with the best location along the Gulf Coast!

Situated along 30A, Seacrest Beach is between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. High Pointe Resort has been a favorite tropical destination for families who long to take time out and soak up the sun on the Emerald Coast’s glistening white sand. Within the resort’s gates, you will find 15 acres along the coastline with a wealth of amenities - tennis & pickleball, shuffleboard, playground, crystal clear lagoon pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, charcoal grills, private beach boardwalk, and a seasonal full-service restaurant.

Perched above the spectacular pool with waterfalls and lush landscaping, Unit 412 offers sweeping views of the resort and awe-inspiring views of the Gulf of Mexico. Upon entering, you will find our well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 8 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with balcony access, pool views, and a beautifully updated en suite full bath with a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a pyramid bunk, with a single and double bed. The queen sofa sleeper is an additional sleep spot. The guest room shares the updated hall bath with a shower/tub combination.

Large flat-screen TVs are included in each bedroom and the living area. Our large, welcoming dining table seats 6, and 3 barstools are at the breakfast counter. If cooking is on the agenda, the gorgeous, remodeled kitchen is outfitted with all the equipment you need to prepare Sunday brunch or tapas for sunset on the balcony. A full-size washer and dryer are also included inside the condo.

Enjoy the surrounding unique beach communities within walking distance or just a short drive from your front door. There’s something for everyone in your family at this magical resort!

The unit and location could not have been better. The only issue that I have is that I talked to two different people with the management company to let them know there were some issues we were having and they mentioned someone would be coming. It never happened because one of the things that was broken never got fixed while we were on our weeks stay!

It was a wonderful quick girls weekend
this location is PERFECT! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants and
 that beach! Views were divine. Condo was clean, comfy and well stocked. The only issue was that patio door that is very heavy and hard to open especially when humid out (we actually got stuck outside and couldn’t open but thankfully had bedroom patio door open). Would stay here again!

Comfort in Rosemary Beach

Updated nice furniture, comfortable beds. Clean and well organized. Disappointed that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, we had to go buy more. And 1 garbage bag for the kitchen. There are also some things that need attention as well.

Great stay at High Pointe!

My husband and our three children (ages 9, 7, and 5) had a wonderful stay at High Pointe. The condo was exactly as pictured, and had very nice finishes. The bunk beds plus full bed in the second bedroom really allowed space for our three kids to spread out. Proximity to the beach and pool, as well as shops, bikes, and ice cream across the street was perfect and allowed us to maximize our time enjoying our vacation. We highly recommend this property for future vacationers!

Overall, the place was nice and the location to the beach was great. However, there was construction going on when we arrived that had not been communicated to us prior to our arrival and this definitely detracted from our overall time. We had to contact the rental company on a different issue and they were very responsive.

The unit itself was incredible- very clean and amazing view! The lobby/elevator had a horrible smell and there was construction going on on the roof so it was very loud. The location was perfect and overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely condo with great views

Love High Pointe property. Clean pool, beach and buildings. Shuffle board, tennis, and crabby Steve’s restaurant on the beach. It’s literally the perfect place for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.

Fall Break at the beach

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids and my parents for Fall Break and it was wonderful! Easy access to the beach, pool, and short walk to the Rosemary shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the short bike ride to The Donut Hole in the mornings. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot!

Lovely and clean. High Pointe resort is a gem. Buying chairs at Walmart on the way in is better than the $60/day to rent at the beach. Crabby Steve’s on site is excellent! Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you need. M

Great family vacation

This was our second stay at High Pointe and third stay on 30A. We love High Pointe for the location, ease of beach access, and proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc. This unit was clean, updated, and the set-up was great for our family of 5. Loved having 3 beds in the guest room! The property management company communicated quickly and clearly throughout our stay. We would stay in this unit again!

Our family can’t recommend staying in this unit at High Pointe enough! It’s updated and very clean. A quick walk to the private beach. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub as well! The location is great! We were able to walk to restaurants and shops in the area daily. We can’t wait to come again!

It was a nice stay

The complex is really large but easy to drive up and park and get to the condo. The pools were closed while there so that wasn’t great. The beach is a little far to walk to but got there. We did not love that we could not adjust the a/c as needed since we paid to stay there. I did email the property manager and they let us adjust by 2°.

We had a great time, the only thing I suggest is the the plumbing needs to be worked on. The toilets clog way to easy. The beaches are beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the pool.
