20th floor

Beach and room excellent. Didnt know it was 20th floor, which was more difficult- due to physical limitations, made me dizzy. We didnt receive emails re: parking and rm and all access info. Had difficulty getting info and no info re: where everything was. By time we were acclimated, was time to leave. Got rental agreement on Thursday after arriving Sunday. Just didnt know everything would be done on phone the evening we got there. Next time maybe would know what to expect.
